The present invention relates to a container for a roll body that can be mounted even on roll bodies having different widths (lengths in the axial direction) and diameters, for transporting a roll body having a cylindrical core. is there.

Examples of the roll container for carrying a roll body in which a belt, such as a film, a sheet, paper, or a fabric, is wound around a core, and transporting the same are disclosed in, for example, JP-A-2002-205789 and JP-A-2003-220135. Those described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2005-96944 and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2005-96944 are known.

In this type of container for a roll body, it is important to keep the roll body in an immobile state for safe transportation without damaging the roll body. For this reason, also in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-205789, even if the roll bodies to be transported have different widths (lengths in the axial direction), the support position of the shaft core can be adjusted and fixed. It introduces a container for rolls that can be kept in a state.

特開2002−205789号公報JP 2002-205789 A 特開2003−220135号公報JP 2003-220135 A 特開2005−96944号公報JP 2005-96944 A

In the roll body container described in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-205789, the pallet, which is the base body of the container, is provided with a pedestal for receiving the roll core axis according to the width of the roll body to be mounted. An attachment structure capable of moving and adjusting in the core direction is provided, and the cradle is positioned with respect to the pallet in accordance with the width of the roll body to be mounted so as not to move in the axial direction of the mounted roll body.

However, in the configuration described in the above-mentioned JP-A-2002-205789, the support structure of the pallet and the cradle is a slide structure. An excessive load may be applied to the stopper and it may be damaged or the stopper function may be impaired.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide detachable shaft members at both ends of the roll core, and detachably attach the shaft member support member to each position across the position where the pallet roll body is mounted. Therefore, even if the roll body has a different width (length in the axial direction) and diameter, a position adjusting structure such as a sliding structure of the support member with respect to the pallet is required only by selecting and using the corresponding shaft member. In addition, the present invention provides a container for a roll body that can securely transport the mounted roll body in an immobile state.

Another object of the present invention is the versatility that allows the roll body to be selectively mounted in either the longitudinal direction or the short direction depending on the width of the roll body, etc., when the pallet is rectangular. An excellent container for a roll body is provided.

A container for a roll body of the present invention that achieves the above object is a roll container for storing and transporting a cylindrical roll body having a winding core, the pallet serving as a base of the container, and the roll body A pair of shaft members that are respectively inserted into both ends of the winding core to form the core shaft of the roll body, and a pair of support members that are attached to the pallet and receive the shaft member of the roll body, The shaft member is detachable at both ends of the roll core of the roll body, and the pair of support members are detachable at respective positions across the position where the pallet roll body is mounted , and the pallet has an outer peripheral shape.
