Description
一端にフローティングコアを備えた加圧ポートを有し他端に排出口を有するパイプ部キャビティを備えた金型の該パイプ部キャビティ内に、溶融樹脂を射出した後、前記加圧ポートから加圧流体を圧入して、前記フローティングコアを前記排出口側に移動させると共に該排出口から前記溶融樹脂を押し出させる工程を有することを特徴とする。
図9に示されるような金型を用い、図1に示す下記サイズの樹脂製熱交換器ユニットを、射出機(東洋機械金属社製「TP−180H」)を用いて一体に成形した。
外径10mm、内径7mm、平均肉厚1.5mm、直管部長さ105mm・70mm、曲管部R15mm
20mmφの円板、平均肉厚0.85mm、根元厚み1mm、先端部厚み0.65mm、枚数58枚(4枚/パイプ部長さ1cm)
フィン部の形状を矩形(18mm×18mm)の板状にした他は実施例1と同様にして樹脂製熱交換器ユニット(外枠がない以外は図4に示すものと同様)を得た。熱交換器としての性能は実施例1とほぼ同等の優れた物であった。
フィンの形状を矩形の板状であって、隣接するフィン部が連続して繋がっている形状にした他は実施例1と同様にして樹脂製熱交換器ユニット(外枠がない以外は図6に示すものと同様)を得た。耐久性に優れ、ΔT=2℃であり、熱交換器として優れた物であった。

Claims (7)
- 直管部と曲管部を交互かつ連続的に有する樹脂製のパイプ部と、該パイプ部に連接する複数の樹脂製のフィン部と、が一体に射出成形されてなる樹脂製熱交換器ユニットの製造方法であって、
一端にフローティングコアを備えた加圧ポートを有し他端に排出口を有するパイプ部キャビティを備えた金型の該パイプ部キャビティ内に、溶融樹脂を射出した後、前記加圧ポートから加圧流体を圧入して、前記フローティングコアを前記排出口側に移動させると共に該排出口から前記溶融樹脂を押し出させる工程を有することを特徴とする樹脂製熱交換器ユニットの製造方法。 - 前記樹脂製熱交換器ユニットは、前記フィン部の平均肉厚がTp/20以上Tp以下(Tpは前記パイプ部の平均肉厚)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂製熱交換器ユニットの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂製熱交換器ユニットは、前記フィン部の先端部の厚みがTr/10以上Tr以下(Trは前記フィン部のパイプ部に接する部分の厚み)であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の樹脂製熱交換器ユニットの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂製熱交換器ユニットは、熱可塑性樹脂製熱交換器ユニットであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂製熱交換器ユニットの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂製熱交換器ユニットは、前記フィン部が、前記パイプ部の直管部の軸方向に直交することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂製熱交換器ユニットの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂製熱交換器ユニットは、更に、樹脂製の外枠部が一体に射出成形されてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂製熱交換器ユニットの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂製熱交換器ユニットの製造方法で製造した樹脂製熱交換器ユニットの複数を、ヘッダータンクによって結合することを特徴とする熱交換器の製造方法。
