Claims (2)
- 容器本体の内側表面及び外側表面の少なくとも一方に、有機系珪素化合物ガスと、酸素ガスとを原料として、プラズマCVD法により、珪素、酸素及び炭素の組成比(atom%)のうち、酸素の組成比が50(atom%)以上、且つ、炭素の組成比が3(atom%)以上、20(atom%)以下の珪素酸化物を含むバリア性膜を少なくとも一層成膜するとともに、
前記容器表面と前記バリア性膜との間、及び、前記容器表面と前記バリア性膜を挟んで対向する位置のうちの、少なくとも一方に、有機系珪素化合物ガスと、酸素ガスとを原料として、プラズマCVD法により、珪素、酸素及び炭素の組成比(atom%)のうち、酸素の組成比が50(atom%)未満の有機系珪素化合物膜を成膜したことを特徴とする高いバリア性を有する合成樹脂製容器。 - 前記バリア性膜の炭素組成比が8(atom%)以下である請求項1に記載の高いバリア性を有する合成樹脂製容器。
