Claims (7)
- 両面の最外郭層として提供されるカバー層及びその間に複数のセラミック層が積層されたセラミック焼結本体部と、
前記セラミック焼結本体部の外部面にそれぞれ形成された第1及び第2の外部電極と、
前記セラミック層を介して前記複数のセラミック層の積層方向に互いに隣接し、前記第1の外部電極に電気的に連結された2Nまたは2N+1(Nは1より大きい整数)個の内部電極を含む複数の第1の内部電極群と、
前記セラミック層を介して前記複数のセラミック層の積層方向に互いに隣接し、前記第2の外部電極に電気的に連結された2Nまたは2N+1(Nは1より大きい整数)個の内部電極を含む複数の第2の内部電極群と、を含み、
前記同一内部電極群で、外側方向に位置する内部電極は隣接した中央方向に位置する内部電極に比べて、長さが短く、
互いに対向する内部電極の間に、M個の対向面積を有する場合、m番目(1≦m≦M)の対向面積をSmとするとき、下記の式(式4)を満足させる積層型セラミックコンデンサ。

S 1 =…=S m =…=S M - 前記2Nまたは2N+1(Nは1より大きい整数)個の内部電極は、隣接する他の内部電極群の少なくとも一つの内部電極に対向して配置され、
前記内部電極においてn番目の内部電極の長さをLnとするとき、下記の式(式1)を満足させる請求項1に記載の積層型セラミックコンデンサ。

L1<L2<...<Ln+1>Ln+2>...>L2n+1(内部電極が2N+1個の場合) - Ln=Ln+1の場合を除き、下記の式(式2)を満足させる請求項1に記載の積層型セラミックコンデンサ。

|Ln−Ln+1|=d (但しdは定数) - M個(2Nまたは2N+1個)の内部電極を有する内部電極群の内部電極が、下記の式(式3)を満足させる請求項1に記載の積層型セラミックコンデンサ。

L1=LM,L2=LM−1,L3=LM−2... - 前記互いに対向する内部電極群の互いに対向する内部電極の間に、M個の対向面積を有する場合、m番目(1≦m≦M)の対向面積をSmとするとき、Smは0ではない請求項1に記載の積層型セラミックコンデンサ。
- 内部電極群の内部電極の幅が互いに異なる請求項1に記載の積層型セラミックコンデンサ。
- 前記N値を調節してESR値を調節する請求項1に記載の積層型セラミックコンデンサ。
