Description
前記重ね合わせ部分には、前記セルロースエステルフィルムから切り離された後に再生装置に搬送されて新たなセルロースエステルフィルムの材料として再利用される前記セルロースエステルフィルムの幅方向両側部が含まれており、前記幅方向両側部を含む前記重ね合わせ部分を、前記溶着により接合することを特徴としている。
また、前記重ね合わせ部分は、前記溶着後に前記セルロースエステルフィルムを幅方向に延伸する際に、前記重ね合わせ部分以外の部分とともに前記セルロースエステルフィルムの幅方向に延伸されることが好ましい。
さらに、本発明のセルロースエステルフィルムの延伸方法は、上述したセルロースエステルフィルムの接合方法により接合されたセルロースエステルフィルムを幅方向に延伸することを特徴とする。
前記重ね合わせ部分には、前記セルロースエステルフィルムから切り離された後に再生装置に搬送されて新たなセルロースエステルフィルムの材料として再利用される前記セルロースエステルフィルムの幅方向両側部が含まれており、前記幅方向両側部を含む前記重ね合わせ部分を、前記溶着により接合することを特徴としている。
また、前記重ね合わせ部分は、前記溶着後に前記セルロースエステルフィルムを幅方向に延伸する際に、前記重ね合わせ部分以外の部分とともに前記セルロースエステルフィルムの幅方向に延伸されることが好ましい。
さらに、本発明のセルロースエステルフィルムの延伸設備は、上述したセルロースエステルフィルムの接合装置と、この接合装置により接合されたセルロースエステルフィルムの幅方向両側部を支持して延伸するテンタ装置と、を備えたことを特徴とする。
位置で先行フィルム3aの後端部と後行フィルム3bの先端部とが重ねられた後に、後行フィルム3bの送りが停止される。

Claims (6)
- 先行するセルロースエステルフィルムの後端部と後行するセルロースエステルフィルムの先端部とを重ね合わせ、この重ね合わせ部分に溶着ヘッドを押し付けて、前記後端部と前記先端部とを接合するセルロースエステルフィルムの接合方法において、
前記重ね合わせ部分に対し、フィルム重ね合わせ方向の両側に前記溶着ヘッドを設け、前記重ね合わせ部分を前記溶着ヘッドにより挟持して押圧した後に、前記溶着ヘッドのフィルム接触部温度を前記セルロースエステルフィルムの分解温度以下に保った状態で、前記溶着ヘッドにより前記フィルム重ね合わせ方向の両側から前記重ね合わせ部分を加熱して前記後端部と前記先端部とを溶着するとともに、
前記重ね合わせ部分には、前記セルロースエステルフィルムから切り離された後に再生装置に搬送されて新たなセルロースエステルフィルムの材料として再利用される前記セルロースエステルフィルムの幅方向両側部が含まれており、
前記幅方向両側部を含む前記重ね合わせ部分を、前記溶着により接合することを特徴とするセルロースエステルフィルムの接合方法。 - 前記重ね合わせ部分は、前記溶着後に前記セルロースエステルフィルムを幅方向に延伸する際に、前記重ね合わせ部分以外の部分とともに前記セルロースエステルフィルムの幅方向に延伸されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のセルロースエステルフィルムの接合方法。
- 請求項1または2記載のセルロースエステルフィルムの接合方法により接合されたセルロースエステルフィルムを幅方向に延伸することを特徴とするセルロースエステルフィルムの延伸方法。
- 先行するセルロースエステルフィルムの後端部と後行するセルロースエステルフィルムの先端部とを重ね合わせ、この重ね合わせ部分に溶着ヘッドを押し付けて、前記後端部と前記先端部とを接合するセルロースエステルフィルムの接合装置において、
前記重ね合わせ部分に対向する位置でフィルム重ね合わせ方向の両側に設けられる溶着ヘッドと、
前記溶着ヘッドを重ね合わせ方向に移動させて、前記溶着ヘッドにより前記重ね合わせ部分を挟持して押圧する押圧位置と、この押圧位置から退避する退避位置との間で前記溶着ヘッドを変位させる変位部と、
前記変位部により溶着ヘッドが押圧位置にあるときに、前記溶着ヘッドのフィルム接触部温度を前記セルロースエステルフィルムの分解温度以下に保った状態で、前記溶着ヘッドにより前記フィルム重ね合わせ方向の両側から前記重ね合わせ部分を加熱して前記後端部と前記先端部とを溶着する加熱制御部とを有するとともに、
前記重ね合わせ部分には、前記セルロースエステルフィルムから切り離された後に再生装置に搬送されて新たなセルロースエステルフィルムの材料として再利用される前記セルロースエステルフィルムの幅方向両側部が含まれており、
前記幅方向両側部を含む前記重ね合わせ部分を、前記溶着により接合することを特徴とするセルロースエステルフィルムの接合装置。 - 前記重ね合わせ部分は、前記溶着後に前記セルロースエステルフィルムを幅方向に延伸する際に、前記重ね合わせ部分以外の部分とともに前記セルロースエステルフィルムの幅方向に延伸されることを特徴とする請求項4記載のセルロースエステルフィルムの接合装置。
- 請求項4または5記載のセルロースエステルフィルムの接合装置と、
前記接合装置により接合されたセルロースエステルフィルムの幅方向両側部を支持して延伸するテンタ装置と、を備えたことを特徴とするセルロースエステルフィルムの延伸設備。
