Description
本発明は、層状フィラーから作られた修飾層状フィラー、および当該フィラーを製造するための改質剤および方法に関する。本発明は、また、これらの修飾層状フィラーとエラストマーから作られるナノ複合組成物、および当該組成物を製造する方法、および物品におけるこれらの使用法に関する。
ナノ複合材料は、特定の材料に新たな性質を付与する能力が非常に大きいために、学術的および工業的な多くの文献における主題であった。特に、エラストマークレイナノ複合物などの重合ナノ複合物は、非常に高い関心を集めてきた。本願においては、ナノ複合物あるいは重合ナノ複合物は、一般に、ポリマー基質の少なくとも1の方向の寸法がナノメートルの範囲である無機微粒子を含むようなポリマー系である。
1つの態様において、本発明は、少なくとも1の層状フィラーと、C25乃至C500の長さの炭素鎖およびアンモニウム官能基を有する少なくとも1のポリマー鎖Eを含む少なくとも1の改質剤とを含む修飾層状フィラーを提供する。

Claims (8)
- 少なくとも1の改質剤に接触させて接触生成物を形成する少なくとも1の層状フィラーを含む溶液を用意する工程と、
溶液を加熱する工程と、
接触生成物を洗浄する工程と、
接触生成物を空気乾燥および/または真空乾燥する工程とを含む、修飾層状フィラーを生成する方法において、前記修飾層状フィラーが、少なくとも1の層状フィラーと、少なくとも1つの改質剤を含み、該改質剤がC25乃至C500の長さの炭素鎖およびアンモニウム官能基を含む少なくとも1のポリマー鎖Eを含み、かつ、前記溶液の溶媒が0.4〜8.0体積%の水を含む有機溶媒からなる、上記方法。 - 前記アンモニウム官能基が、少なくとも1の第四級アンモニウム塩、または第三級アンモニウム塩を含むアンモニウム塩を構成する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1の層状フィラーが少なくとも1のケイ酸塩を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1のポリマー鎖Eがイソブチレン由来ユニットを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1のポリマー鎖Eがプロピレン由来ユニットを含むものでない、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記修飾層状フィラーが35オングストローム以上のd−スペーシングを有する2以上の層を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶液が少なくとも1のアルコールを含む溶媒を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記溶液が、少なくとも1の層状フィラーまたは少なくとも1の改質剤またはそれらの両方から成り、接触生成物を形成する前に加熱される、請求項1に記載の方法。
