Description
図2に示す装置構成により、本発明の摺動材料10を形成した。すなわち、まず、滑り面部材1の原料となるポリテトラフロオロエチレン(PTFE)樹脂材料粉体(平均粒径:約35μm、融点:約327℃)を成形後厚さが3mmになるように300mmx300mmの矩形開口を有する金型に充填した。次に、同じポリテトラフロオロエチレン(PTFE)樹脂材料粉体と接合材としてのSn−0.7重量%Cu粉体(平均粒径:約50μm、融点:約227℃)との体積比で1/1の混合粉体を成形後厚さが1mmになるように充填して層3bを形成し、電磁誘導加熱材料からなる多孔シート材としての平面寸法が300mmx300mm、線径0.3mm、20メッシュ平織の純鉄金網を載置した後、加圧力50MPaでプレス成形した。次に、このプレス成形体を375℃で1時間加熱し、PTFE樹脂を融着させることにより、滑り面部材1、接合材層3aと電磁誘導加熱多孔シート材4の複合体を得た。

Claims (11)
- 滑り面部材と、
前記滑り面部材とは異種材料からなる基材と、
前記滑り面部材と前記基材の間に配置された、前記滑り面部材と前記基材を接合する接合材層と、電磁誘導加熱材料からなるシート材とを具備し、
前記接合材層は、SnもしくはSn合金、InもしくはIn合金およびBiもしくはBi合金からなる群より選択されたはんだ材料からなり、該シート材の電磁誘導加熱により溶融加熱されて前記滑り面部材と基材とを接合していることを特徴とする摺動材料。 - 前記滑り面部材が、ポリテトラフロオロエチレン(PTFE)樹脂材料、ポリエテルエテルケトン(PEEK)樹脂材料、ポリイミド(PI)樹脂材料、またはセラミックス繊維もしくは粒子の充てん材を含有した前記樹脂系複合材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の摺動材料。
- 前記基材が、鉄系、銅系またはアルミニウム系金属材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の摺動材料。
- 前記接合材層の、前記滑り面部材と近接する部位においては、前記接合材が前記滑り面部材形成材料により希釈されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の摺動材料。
- 前記電磁誘導加熱材料からなるシート材が、多孔シート材であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の摺動材料。
- 前記電磁誘導加熱材料からなるシート材が、強磁性金属材料からなる、粉末もしくは短繊維の焼結体、繊維の織布、または板状の打ち抜き材もしくはエキスパンド体からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の摺動材料。
- 前記強磁性金属材料が、鉄またはフェライト系ステンレス材料からなることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の摺動材料。
- 前記接合材層の一部と、電磁誘導加熱材料からなるシート材が、前記電磁誘導加熱に先立って、蒸着、めっき、コーティング、溶射、溶融含浸またはプレス成形の手法によって複合・一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の摺動材料。
- 前記滑り面部材を成形する成形工程と、
前記滑り面部材を磁力発生コイルに高周波電流を供給する装置を具備する電磁誘導加熱装置の加熱部の上に配置する工程と、
前記滑り面部材の上に前記電磁誘導加熱材料からなるシート材を配置する工程と、
前記接合材層を前記電磁誘導加熱材料からなるシート材の上に配置する工程と、
前記基材を前記電磁誘導加熱材料からなるシート材の上に配置する工程と、
前記電磁誘導加熱材料からなるシート材を誘導加熱し、前記接合材層を溶融・凝固させ、前記摺動材料と前記基材を接合する接合工程と、
を有することを特徴とする前記請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の摺動材料の製造方法。 - 前記滑り面部材を成形する成形工程と、
前記滑り面部材を磁力発生コイルに高周波電流を供給する装置を具備する電磁誘導加熱装置の加熱部に配置する工程と、
前記接合材層と前記電磁誘導加熱材料からなるシート材を複合・一体化する工程と、
前記接合材層と前記電磁誘導加熱材料からなるシート材との複合体を前記滑り面部材の上部に配置する工程と、
前記接合材層と前記電磁誘導加熱材料からなるシート材の複合体の上に前記基材を配置する工程と、
前記電磁誘導加熱材料からなるシート材を誘導加熱し、前記接合材層を溶融・凝固させ、前記摺動材料と前記基材を接合する接合工程と、
を有することを特徴とする前記請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の摺動材料の製造方法。 - 回転軸の軸方向のスラスト荷重を摺動可能に支持するスラスト軸受および回転方向の軸振れを摺動可能に支持するガイド軸受を具備する軸受装置において、
前記スラスト軸受およびガイド軸受が、前記請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の摺動材料により形成されていることを特徴とする軸受装置。
