Claims (6)
- 容量性測定によってECG、EEG、EMG又は生体インピーダンスをモニタリングする患者モニタリングシステムであって、
- マトリクスの形態で構成され、ベッド、椅子又はテーブルと一体化され、各々が個々に選択可能である複数の電極と、
- 前記複数の電極の容量を決定することにより、前記ベッド、椅子又はテーブルにおける前記患者の位置に依存して複数の適切な電極を決定する手段と、
- 前記容量性測定の種類を考慮して、複数の前記適切な電極を選択する手段と、
- 前記選択された複数の適切な電極を用いて前記容量性測定を実行する手段と、
を有する患者モニタリングシステム。 - 弾性構造からなる誘電体と、
各々が、前記患者に面する前記誘電体の側に位置される対向電極と、前記誘電体の反対側に位置されるセンシング電極とにより形成される複数の電極対であって、前記誘電体は、前記患者が前記ベッド、椅子又はテーブルの上に位置される場合、該患者により圧力を加えられるように構成される、複数の電極対と、
前記複数の電極対の容量を決定する手段と、
を有する、請求項1に記載の患者モニタリングシステム。 - 前記患者が前記ベッド、椅子又はテーブルの上に位置される場合、該患者に面する態様で、前記複数の電極に隣接して位置される誘電体であって、弾性構造からなり、前記患者が前記ベッド、椅子又はテーブルの上に位置される場合、前記患者により圧力を加えられるように構成される誘電体と、
複数の前記電極の容量を決定する手段と、
を有する、請求項1に記載の患者モニタリングシステム。 - 電圧信号を複数の第1電極に供給する手段と、
複数の第2電極において、誘導される電荷を決定する手段と、
を有する、請求項1に記載の患者モニタリングシステム。 - 前記患者と前記複数の電極との間、又は前記患者と前記誘電体との間に遮蔽部を有する、請求項1に記載の患者モニタリングシステム。
- 容量性測定により、ECG、EEG、EMG又は生体インピーダンスをモニタリングする方法であって、
- マトリクスの形態で複数の電極を構成するステップであって、前記電極がベッド、椅子又はテーブルと一体化され、各々の電極が個々に選択可能である、複数の電極を構成するステップと、
- 前記複数の電極の容量を決定することにより、前記ベッド、椅子又はテーブルの上の患者の位置に依存して複数の適切な電極を決定するステップと、
- 前記容量性測定の種類を考慮して、複数の前記適切な電極を選択するステップと、
- 前記選択された複数の適切な電極を用いて前記容量性測定を実行するステップと、
を有する方法。
