金属スリーブの形の内側接触層を包含し、その上にエポキシ樹脂結合ガラス、アラミド及びカーボン繊維の複数の層が巻きつけられ、個々の層が内側から外側へと変化する弾性係数を有する食品工業用の高圧容器は、ドイツ特許公開DE-A-19952611により周知である。ここにおいては、耐圧体を巻いた後に容器の焼入れと可塑化が行われる。
ドイツ特許公開DE-A-3907087の高圧容器、例えば内側被覆、金属・セラミックス粉末混合物層、タングステン化合物層、これに続く繊維複合材料層及び高力鋼管の外層からなる砲身を開示している。
Vapour Infiltration(化学蒸気浸透))法、熱分解、特にLPI(Liquid Polymer Infiltration(液状ポリマー浸透))法で製造することができる。
Claims (6)
- 鋼製の本体(12、22)と、該本体の外側を直接取り囲むセラミック繊維複合材料の第1の層(14、24)と、該第1の層の上に配置された繊維強化プラスチック及び/又は繊維強化セラミックスの少なくとも1つの第2の層(16、26)とを具備した流体負荷可能な又は流体が負荷された、圧力管又は圧力容器の形態をなす耐圧体(10、20)であって、
前記本体(12,22)を形成する鋼は、マルテンサイト鋼、オーステナイト鋼、及び高合金ニッケルベース合金よりなる群から選択されることと、
該本体(12、22)が1mm≦D≦50mmの肉厚Dを有することと、
該セラミック繊維複合材料の繊維が、酸化アルミニウム、ムライト、炭化ケイ素、酸化ジルコニウム及び炭素繊維の群から選択されることと、
前記第1の層(14)が1mm≦D 1 ≦20mmの厚さD 1 を有することと、
よりなることを特徴とする耐圧体。 - 該セラミック繊維複合材料がSiC/SiC、C/C、C/SiC、Al2O3/Al2O3、C/シロキサン、SiC/シロキサン及び/又はムライト/ムライトからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐圧体。
- 少なくとも1つ又は複数の前記第2の層(16、26)が全体として0mm<D2≦50mmの厚さD2を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の耐圧体。
- 前記第1の層(14、24)の繊維(28、30)が半径方向に周回して及び/又は交差して該本体(12、22)の上に配列されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の耐圧体。
- 少なくとも1つの前記第2の層(16、26)の繊維が該本体(12、22)に対して半径方向に周回して及び/又は交差して、前記第1の層の上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の耐圧体。
- 該セラミック繊維複合材料が、T≧500℃の温度Tでクリープを全く又は極めて僅かしか示さない繊維、又は、該繊維を含んでなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐圧体。
