Description
ある実施形態によると、配管部分には、外側管路と呼ばれる第二管路28内に配置される内側管路と呼ばれる第一管路26の2本の管路が含まれ、この二本の管路がジオポリマー樹脂をベースとする複合材料で製作されると同時にほぼ同軸であることが好ましい。この構成により、内側管路が漏れても流体が第二管路28を通って常時移動することを勘案すれば信頼性のある配管が得られる。

Claims (6)
- 航空機配管内に組み込まれる管路を製造する方法であって、
前記管路は繊維補強ジオポリマー樹脂製の母材が含まれる複合材料から製造され、
前記複合材料は、xが1.75以上50以下のシアレートタイプ(xSiO 2 、AlO 2 )のジオポリマー樹脂を含浸させた織物状の繊維を含み、
前記方法は、前記ジオポリマー樹脂の含浸に先立ち前記繊維から、吹き付けられた油剤の少なくとも一部を除去することを特徴とする管路を製造する方法。 - 前記油剤の少なくとも一部を除去するステップにおける油剤の除去割合が50%から90%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管路を製造する方法。
- 請求項1に記載の管路を製造する方法であって、該方法はさらに
前記樹脂の流動性改善と繊維内への移動の均一化により前記繊維の浸透性を改善するために、容積で3%から7%の水分を前記樹脂内へ加えるステップを備えることを特徴とする管路を製造する方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法により製造された、航空機配管内に組み込まれる管路。
- 請求項4に記載の管路が少なくとも一本含まれる航空機配管。
- 請求項5に記載の航空機配管であって、該配管は2本の管路が含まれ、2本の管路は第1の内側管路(26)と第2の外側管路(28)であって、
前記第1の内側管路(26)には流体を流すことができ、前記第1の内側管路(26)は第2の外側管路(28)の内側に配置されること、を特徴とする請求項5に記載の航空機配管。
