Description
第1のフィルムとして厚みが60μmのLLDPEフィルム(東セロ株式会社製、製品名T.U.X−HC、密度0.914g/cm3)の表面に、第2のフィルムとして厚みが20μmの混合樹脂フィルム(混合比率:PVDF8重量部、PMMA2重量部)(電気化学工業株式会社製、製品名デンカDX)を、ドライラミネート用接着剤を用いてドライラミネート法で接着した。ドライラミネート用接着剤としては、三井化学ポリウレタン株式会社製の製品名タケラックA315(100重量部)と製品名タケネートA50(10重量部)とを混合したウレタン系接着剤を、固形分の塗工量が3g/m2となるように用いた。このようにして、本発明の実施例としての裏面保護シートを作製した。
厚みが80μmの高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)フィルム(タマポリ株式会社製、製品名HD、密度0.945g/cm3)を本発明の裏面保護シートの比較例として用いた。
厚みが40μmのPVFフィルム(デュポン社製、製品名テドラー)の表面に、厚みが40μmのPVFフィルム(デュポン社製、製品名テドラー)を、ドライラミネート用接着剤を用いてドライラミネート法で接着した。ドライラミネート用接着剤としては、三井化学ポリウレタン株式会社製の製品名タケラックA315(100重量部)と製品名タケネートA50(10重量部)とを混合したウレタン系接着剤を、固形分の塗工量が3g/m2となるように用いた。このようにして、本発明の比較例としての裏面保護シートを作製した。
第1のフィルムとして厚みが80μmのHDPEフィルム(タマポリ株式会社製、製品名HD、密度0.945g/cm3)の表面に、第2のフィルムとして厚みが20μmの混合樹脂フィルム(混合比率:PVDF8重量部、PMMA2重量部)(電気化学工業株式会社製、製品名デンカDX)を、ドライラミネート用接着剤を用いてドライラミネート法で接着した。ドライラミネート用接着剤としては、三井化学ポリウレタン株式会社製の製品名タケラックA315(100重量部)と製品名タケネートA50(10重量部)とを混合したウレタン系接着剤を、固形分の塗工量が3g/m2となるように用いた。このようにして、本発明の参考例としての裏面保護シートを作製した。
裏面保護シートの表面側から、EVA樹脂に向かって((裏面保護シートの厚み)+5μm)の深さで、幅15mm、長さ18cmの切り込みを入れることによって、一方端が開放された15mm幅の試験片を作製し、この試験片を引張速度100mm/分で引っ張った。このときの破断応力値を測定し、EVA樹脂と裏面保護シートとの間の接着力(N/15mm)とした。ただし、この破断応力値が40(N/15mm)を超える場合には、EVA樹脂と裏面保護シートの間で剥離が起こる前に裏面保護シートの破断が起こるため、正確な接着力を評価することができないが、接着力を40(N/15mm)以上と評価した。
加熱大気圧プレス条件Aで作製した擬似の太陽電池モジュールを、温度85℃、相対湿度85%の雰囲気で3000時間保持した後、裏面保護シートの外観を観察するとともに、EVA樹脂と裏面保護シートとの間の接着力(N/15mm)を測定した。接着力の測定は、上記の(初期物性)と同様にして行った。

- 太陽電池モジュールの裏面側に配置される太陽電池用裏面保護シートであって、
太陽電池モジュールにおけるエチレン‐酢酸ビニル共重合体樹脂からなる充填材の外表面に接するように固着され、密度が0.91g/cm3以上0.93g/cm3以下の直鎖低密度ポリエチレンからなる第1のフィルムと、
前記第1のフィルムに積層された、ポリフッ化ビニリデンとポリメチルメタクリレートの混合樹脂フィルムからなる第2のフィルムとを備えた、太陽電池用裏面保護シート。 - 太陽電池素子を封止するために配置されたエチレン‐酢酸ビニル共重合体樹脂からなる充填材と、
当該太陽電池モジュールの裏面側の前記充填材の外表面に固着された太陽電池用裏面保護シートとを備えた太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記太陽電池用裏面保護シートは、
前記充填材の表面に接するように固着され、密度が0.91g/cm3以上0.93g/cm3以下の直鎖低密度ポリエチレンからなる第1のフィルムと、
