Claims (3)
- 第1端が外部に固定され、前記第1端と対向する第2端が開放端となった第1振動体と、
第3端が前記第1端に固定され、前記第3端と対向する第4端が前記第2端と異なる方向に向かって配置された開放端となった第2振動体と、
前記第1振動体の前記第2端の端面に配置され、前記第1端と前記第2端とを結ぶ方向に前記第1振動体を伸縮振動させる第1駆動電極と、
前記第2振動体の前記第4端の端面に配置され、前記第3端と前記第4端とを結ぶ方向に前記第2振動体を伸縮振動させる第2駆動電極と、
前記第1振動体に配置され、前記第1振動体の変位を検出する第1検出電極と、
前記第2振動体に配置され、前記第2振動体の変位を検出する第2検出電極と、を有するセンサ。 - 前記第1振動体と前記第2振動体とは、その伸縮振動する方向が互いに90°の角度を成すように配置された、請求項1に記載のセンサ。
- 前記第1振動体と前記第2振動体とは、一体形成されている、請求項1または請求項2に記載のセンサ。
