Claims (7)
- 第1の端部と第2の端部を有する回転子を備える圧縮機(20)と、
第3の端部と第4の端部を有する回転子を備え、ダイレクトカップリング(50)により、前記圧縮機(20)に直結された電気モータ(30)と、
を備えるモータ圧縮機(10)であって、
前記ダイレクトカップリング(50)は、前記圧縮機と前記電気モータの間に配置され、前記圧縮機の回転子の前記第2の端部と前記電気モータの回転子の前記第3の端部とを接続するように構成され、前記圧縮機の回転子と前記電気モータの回転子とを接続する前方のカップリングおよびタイロッドを備え、
前記圧縮機(20)と前記電気モータ(30)が単一ユニットとして統合され、単一のボックスまたはケーシング(12)に収容されており、
前記電気モータ(30)の回転子(32)と前記圧縮機(20)の回転子(22)の両者を支持する3つの有効なラジアル磁気軸受(70)を有し、
前記3つの有効な磁気軸受(70)の第1および第2の軸受が、前記電気モータ(30)の前記回転子(32)の前記第3の端部と前記第4の端部を支持するのに対して、前記3つの有効な磁気軸受(70)の第3の有効な磁気軸受は、前記圧縮機(20)の前記回転子の前記第1の端部である自由端上に配置され、これを支持し、
前記第3の有効な磁気軸受に近接して位置し、前記圧縮機の回転子の第1の端部を支持する単一のガス支柱(85)を有し、
前記3つの有効な磁気軸受(70)および前記単一のガス支柱のみで、前記単一のボックスまたはケーシング(12)に収容されている前記圧縮機の回転子と前記電気モータの回転子とを半径方向に支える、
ことを特徴とするモータ圧縮機(10)。 - 前記ダイレクトカップリング(50)は、前記圧縮機(20)の回転子(22)と前記電気モータ(30)の回転子(32)を接続し、一体化させる、前歯部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のモータ圧縮機(10)。
- 前記圧縮機(20)が、前歯部を有する一連のダイレクトカップリング(51)によって互いに一体化させられる一連の部分(22’)に再分割される回転子(22)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のモータ圧縮機(10)。
- 各部分(22’)が、シャフトと一体的な個別の翼車(26)を備えており、前歯部を備えた個別のダイレクトカップリング(51)によって少なくとも別の部分(22’)に連結されるのにも適していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のモータ圧縮機(10)。
- 特に前記電気モータ(30)の回転子(32)上に位置し、軸推力を支持するのに適した有効な磁気軸受(80)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のモータ圧縮機(10)。
- 前記ケーシング(12)が、供給/処理流体の通路および電気接続用ワイヤの通路にのみ適した一連の開口部を側面に有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のモータ圧縮機(10)。
- 水平方向または垂直方向のどちらの構造も可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のモータ圧縮機(10)。
