Claims (35)
- 貯蔵容器であって、
少なくとも1枚の頂部パネル、少なくとも1つの底部組立体、及び波形部を備えた複数枚の波形側部パネルに固定状態に取り付けられた支持フレームを有し、前記支持フレームは、前記貯蔵容器の外部周りに配置されており、
前記少なくとも1枚の頂部パネル、前記少なくとも1つの底部組立体、及び前記複数枚の側部パネルの内面は、前記貯蔵容器の内面であり、前記少なくとも1枚の頂部パネル、前記少なくとも1つの底部組立体、及び前記複数枚の側部パネルの外面は、前記貯蔵容器の外面であり、
前記支持フレームは、船舶の船体の少なくとも一部分に作動的に係合するよう構成されており、
前記貯蔵容器は、密閉された液密の自立型貯蔵容器である、貯蔵容器。 - 前記支持フレームは、曲げ応力を前記複数枚の波形側部パネルの少なくとも1枚から前記少なくとも1枚の頂部パネルに伝えるよう構成されている、請求項1記載の貯蔵容器。
- 前記支持フレームは、複数個のボックスガーダから成っている、請求項1記載の貯蔵容器。
- 前記貯蔵容器の幾何学的形状は、実質的に角柱状である、請求項1記載の貯蔵容器。
- 前記貯蔵容器は、液化天然ガスを貯蔵するよう構成されている、請求項1記載の貯蔵容器。
- 前記支持フレームは、移動止めにより船舶の船体の少なくとも一部分に作動的に係合するよう構成されている、請求項1記載の貯蔵容器。
- 少なくとも1つの中間バルクヘッドを更に有する、請求項1記載の貯蔵容器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの中間バルクヘッドは、波形になっており、前記少なくとも1つの中間バルクヘッドは、液体を通過させるよう構成された少なくとも1つの穴を有する、請求項7記載の貯蔵容器。
- 前記複数枚の波形側部パネルの前記波形部は、実質的に垂直の向きをもっている、請求項1記載の貯蔵容器。
- 中間ガーダ、中間ストリンガ、又は中間ガーダと中間ストリンガの組み合わせを更に有する、請求項1記載の貯蔵容器。
- 前記貯蔵容器は、ステンレス鋼、ニッケル合金鋼、及びアルミニウムの少なくとも1つで構成されている、請求項1記載の貯蔵容器。
- 前記貯蔵容器の外部の少なくとも一部分の周りに設けられた少なくとも1枚の断熱パネルを更に有する、請求項1記載の貯蔵容器。
- 前記少なくとも1枚の断熱パネルは、液密二次バリヤを構成している、請求項12記載の貯蔵容器。
- 前記船舶は、船、浮き貯蔵・再気化ユニット、重力利用型構造物、及び浮き産出貯蔵・揚荷ユニットの1つである、請求項1記載の貯蔵容器。
- 貯蔵容器を製造する方法であって、
自動化プロセスを利用して複数枚の波形パネルを製作するステップと、
底部組立体を製作するステップと、
支持フレームを製作するステップと、
前記底部組立体及び前記複数枚の波形金属パネルを前記支持フレームに固定状態に取り付けて前記貯蔵容器を形成するステップとを有し、前記貯蔵容器は、密閉された液密の自立型貯蔵容器であり、前記支持フレームは、前記貯蔵容器の外部周りに配置され、前記支持フレームは、船舶の船体の少なくとも一部分に作動的に係合するよう構成されている、方法。 - 前記複数枚の波形パネルの製作ステップと、前記底部組立体の製作ステップと、前記支持フレームの製作ステップは、互いに独立している、請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記貯蔵容器を船舶の船体内部に取り付けるステップを更に有する、請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記自動化プロセスは、複数個の波形部をプレス加工するステップと、前記複数個の波形部の少なくとも一部分を互いに固定状態に取り付けて少なくとも1枚のパネルを形成するステップとを含む、請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記複数個の波形部の前記少なくとも一部分は、自動化突き合わせ溶接法により互いに固定状態に取り付けられる、請求項18記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1枚の断熱パネルを前記貯蔵容器の外部周りに設置するステップを更に有する、請求項15記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの中間バルクヘッドを設置するステップを更に有する、請求項15記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの中間ガーダを設置するステップを更に有する、請求項15記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの中間ストリンガを設置するステップを更に有する、請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記波形部は、各々が長さを持つフランジ及びウェブを有し、前記フランジ長さ及び前記ウェブ長さは各々、800ミリメートル以上である、請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記フランジ長さ及び前記ウェブ長さは各々、900ミリメートル以上である、請求項24記載の方法。
- 前記複数枚の波形パネルは、10メートル(m)以上、15m以上、20m、及び25m以上の1つの長さを有する、請求項15記載の方法。
- 液化ガスを輸送する方法であって、
少なくとも1つの密閉された液密の自立型貯蔵容器を有する船舶を用意するステップを有し、前記貯蔵容器は、少なくとも1枚の頂部パネル、少なくとも1つの底部組立体、及び複数枚の波形側部パネルに固定状態に取り付けられた支持フレームを有し、前記支持フレームは、前記貯蔵容器の外周部周りに配置されており、
液化ガスを基地に運搬するステップを有する、方法。 - 前記支持フレームは、曲げ応力を前記複数枚の波形側部パネルの少なくとも1枚から前記少なくとも1枚の頂部パネルに伝えるよう構成されている、請求項27記載の方法。
- 前記支持フレームは、複数個のボックスガーダから成っている、請求項27記載の方法。
