Claims (5)
- 板状の輻射パネルと、前記輻射パネルの裏面に部分的に配置された金属製の保持部材と、前記保持部材に保持された樹脂製の熱交換パイプが設けられ、
前記保持部材には、前記輻射パネルに重ねられ前記輻射パネルとの間で熱交換を行う平坦な板体である均熱板と、前記均熱板に立設され前記熱交換パイプを係止する保持部とが形成されて成る天井用冷暖房パネルにおいて、
前記熱交換パイプの外径は前記保持部に装着される前は前記保持部の内径よりも太く、前記熱交換パイプを前記保持部に装着した状態で、前記保持部は前記熱交換パイプの側面を両側から弾発的に挟持し、
前記熱交換パイプは、ガスバリアチューブであり、内周面に位置する層がナイロンであり、その外側の層はポリウレタンであり、その外側の層はエチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体であり、その外側で外周面に位置する層はポリウレタンであり、
前記熱交換パイプは、直線部と曲線部が交互に位置して前記輻射パネルに取り付けられ、
前記保持部材は、前記熱交換パイプの直線部に沿って取り付けられる長尺部材であり、前記保持部は、上方が開口した一対の半円状の湾曲部を備え、
前記一対の湾曲部間の開口部は、前記湾曲部による前記保持部の内径よりも狭く形成され、前記熱交換パイプを弾性変形させて前記保持部内に嵌合可能に設けられていることを特徴とする天井用冷暖房パネル。 - 前記輻射パネルには吸音孔が形成され、前記保持部材の裏面は、前記輻射パネルの表側から前記吸音孔を介して見えにくいように黒色に塗られている請求項1記載の天井用冷暖房パネル。
- 前記保持部材は、前記輻射パネルの裏面に接着剤によりで接着されている請求項1記載の天井用冷暖房パネル。
- 前記熱交換パイプは、1本おきに同じ方向に湾曲して前記保持部材に保持されている請求項1記載の天井用冷暖房パネル。
- 前記一対の湾曲部の先端には、外側に広がるウイング部が一体に形成されている請求項1記載の天井用冷暖房パネル。
