Description
血餅を分解することができる薬物療法を受けることができない人、
深部静脈内に血栓を有する人、
出血のような抗凝固療法の合併症を経験している人、
肺動脈塞栓を防止するための抗凝固療法の失敗を経験している人、
肺内の塞栓を除去した(肺動脈塞栓摘出した)人
適当な投薬を受けている間に再発生した塞栓を有する人、
抗凝固療法中に激しい出血合併症を有している人、
に対して指示される。

を呈することができるように細い部材によって設計されている。
ポリ(p−ジオキサノン)と、
ポリ(L−ラクチド−co−e−カプロラクトン)(理想的には、L−ラクチド・モノマーのモル%は60%〜80%の範囲内であり、より理想的には、L−ラクチド・モノマーのモル%は、65%〜75%の範囲内である)と、
ポリ(グリコリド−コ−トリメチレン・カーボネート)(理想的には、L−ラクチド・モノマーのモル%は60%〜80%の範囲内であり、より理想的には、L−ラクチド・モノマーのモル%は65%〜75%の範囲内である)と、
ポリ(ヒドロキシ・ブチレート)と、
ポリ(L−ラクチド―コ―グリコリド)(理想的には、L−ラクチド・モノマーのモル%は70%より大きく、より理想的には、L−ラクチド・モノマーのモル%は80%より大きく、更に理想的には、L−ラクチド・モノマーのモル%は90%より大きい)とを含んでいる。
Claims (18)
- 血管フィルタであり、
血管内を通る血栓を捕捉するための捕捉部材であって、捕捉形態と開放形態との間を動くことが出来る、前記捕捉部材と、
該捕捉部材を血管の壁に対して支持するための支持部材と、を備え、
該支持部材が、
血管の壁の周に沿って延びる構造とされている基端の支持フープと、
血管の壁の周に沿って延びる構造とされている末端の支持フープと、
血管の壁に沿って延びる構造とされ且つ前記基端の支持フープを前記末端の支持フープに結合している複数の結合部と、を備えており、
前記基端の支持フープの基端が前記捕捉部材の基端の基端側に配置されており、前記末端の支持フープの末端が前記捕捉部材の末端の末端側に配置されており、
前記捕捉部材は、前記開放形態にあるときに前記複数の結合部間に配置され、その結果、該血管フィルタは管形状を形成するようになされ、
該血管フィルタは前記捕捉部材を捕捉形態に保持するためのホルダー部材を備えており、該ホルダー部材は、生体分解性及び/又は生体吸収性であり且つ前記捕捉部材内の穴を貫通して延びている、血管フィルタ。 - 請求項1に記載の血管フィルタであり、
前記ホルダー部材が縫合部を含んでいることを特徴とする血管フィルタ。 - 請求項1〜2のうちのいずれか一の項に記載の血管フィルタであり、
前記ホルダー部材が1以上の所定の破壊領域を含んでいることを特徴とする血管フィルタ。 - 請求項3に記載の血管フィルタであり、
前記ホルダー部材が前記破壊領域に弱い引っ張り強度を有していることを特徴とする血管フィルタ。 - 請求項4に記載の血管フィルタであり、
前記ホルダー部材が、前記破壊領域に1以上の穴を含んでいることを特徴とする血管フィルタ。 - 請求項1〜5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の血管フィルタであり、
前記ホルダー部材が、捕捉部材に対して、前記ホルダー部材がひとたび破壊したときに前記捕捉部材に取り付けられたままであるように取り付けられていることを特徴とする血管フィルタ。 - 請求項1〜6のうちのいずれか一項に記載の血管フィルタであり、
前記ホルダー部材が前記捕捉部材のハトメを貫通して延びていることを特徴とする血管フィルタ。 - 請求項1〜7のうちのいずれか一項に記載の血管フィルタであり、
前記基端の支持フープが、クラウン状パターン又は正弦波パターンで周方向に延びていることを特徴とする血管フィルタ。 - 請求項1〜8のうちのいずれか一項に記載の血管フィルタであり、
前記遠位の支持フープが、クラウン状パターン又は正弦波パターンで周方向に延びていることを特徴とする血管フィルタ。 - 請求項1〜9のうちのいずれか一項に記載の血管フィルタであり、
アンカー引っ掛かり部材を、血管壁内に少なくとも部分的に埋設される構造とされた少なくとも1つの前記支持フープ又は前記結合部上に備えていることを特徴とする血管フィルタ。 - 請求項1〜10のうちのいずれか一項に記載の血管フィルタであり、
前記アンカー引っ掛かり部材が生体分解性及び/又は生体吸収性であることを特徴とする血管フィルタ。 - 請求項1〜11のうちのいずれか一項に記載の血管フィルタであり、
前記捕捉部材が開放形態であって該血管フィルタの全ての部材が血管に対して圧力をかけて組織の封入を促進する開放形態に向かって付勢されている、ことを特徴とする血管フィルタ。 - 請求項1〜12のうちのいずれか一項に記載の血管フィルタであり、
前記捕捉部材が前記捕捉形態にあるときに頂点に向かって伸長していることを特徴とする血管フィルタ。 - 請求項13に記載の血管フィルタであり、
前記ホルダー部材が前記頂点に隣接している前記捕捉部材の穴を貫通して延びていることを特徴とする血管フィルタ。 - 請求項13又は14に記載の血管フィルタであり、
前記頂点が該フィルタの中心を通って延びている長手軸線と実質的に一直線であることを特徴とする血管フィルタ。 - 請求項1〜15のうちのいずれか一項に記載の血管フィルタであり、
該フィルタが前記捕捉部材を引っ張る引っ張り部材を備えていることを特徴とする血管フィルタ。 - 請求項16に記載の血管フィルタであり、
前記引っ張り部材が、前記捕捉部材に対して、生体分解性及び/又は生体吸収性である結合部材によって結合されていることを特徴とする血管フィルタ。 - 請求項1〜17のうちのいずれか一項に記載の血管フィルタであり、
該フィルタが大静脈フィルタであることを特徴とする血管フィルタ。
