Description
Claims (7)
- スイッチング素子のオンオフにより直流を交流に変換し電動機を駆動制御するインバータと、前記インバータのスイッチング素子近傍に設置されスイッチング素子温度を検出する温度検出部と、前記電動機のトルクがトルク指令値になるように前記インバータのスイッチング素子をオンオフ制御するゲート生成部と、前記温度検出部から得られるスイッチング素子温度が素子上限温度以下に抑制されるように前記電動機のトルク指令値に制限を加えるトルク制限部とを備え、前記トルク制限部は、前記スイッチング素子温度に基づいて前記電動機のトルクを抑制するためのトルク抑制値を求めるトルク抑制手段と、前記素子上限温度と前記スイッチング素子温度との偏差の積分値に基づいて前記トルク抑制値を緩和するためのトルク抑制緩和値を求めるトルク抑制緩和手段と、前記トルク抑制手段で求めたトルク抑制値から前記トルク抑制緩和手段で求めたトルク抑制緩和値を減算してトルク制限値を求める第1減算器と、前記トルク指令値から前記第1減算器で求めたトルク制限値を減算して制限トルク指令値を求め前記ゲート生成部に出力する第2減算器とを備えたことを特徴とするインバータ装置。
- 前記トルク抑制手段は、前記スイッチング素子温度と前記素子上限温度より低く予め定めたトルク制限開始温度との偏差に比例した値をトルク抑制値として求めることを特徴とする請求項1記載のインバータ装置。
- 前記トルク抑制緩和値を前記トルク抑制値以下に制限する上限リミッタを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のインバータ装置。
- 前記第1減算器で求めた前記トルク制限値を、零以上で前記トルク指令値以下に制限するトルク制限上下限リミッタを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のインバータ装置。
- 前記トルク指令値の変化率が所定範囲内となるように制限を加えるトルク制限値変化率上下限リミッタを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のインバータ装置。
- 前記トルク抑制手段で求めたトルク抑制値が零を超えるときは、トルク指令値が増大する際の変化率を所定値以下に制限を加えるトルク変化率上限リミッタを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のインバータ装置。
- 前記第1減算器で求めたトルク制限値が零を超えるときはトルク指令値の増大に制限を加えるトルク指令値上限リミッタを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載のインバータ装置。
