Claims (8)
- 周面(10a)が環状領域(10b)内に推力中立状態に配置された放出口(12)を有する円筒状ガス発生器(10)と、ガス発生器(10)に固定的に結合され、耐熱性材料から成り、少なくとも環状領域(10b)の少なくとも一部を囲むデフレクタ素子(20)とから成るガス発生器ユニットであって、デフレクタ素子(20)が環状領域(10b)と対向する向流部位(20a)に、融解または燃焼可能な材料から成る少なくとも1つのシャッタ素子(24、32)によって閉鎖される孔(22)を有し、シャッタ素子(24)が存在しなければガス発生ユニットが推力中立の状態となるように前記孔を設けたことを特徴とする前記ガス発生器ユニット。
- デフレクタ素子が中空円筒体であり、周面とデフレクタ素子の間に環状間隙(30)が形成されていること特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス発生器ユニット。
- デフレクタ素子(20)がU-字形または半円形断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス発生器ユニット。
- デフレクタ素子(20)が金属から成ることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載のガス発生器ユニット。
- シャッタ素子がプラスチック材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載のガス発生器ユニット。
- シャッタ素子がワンピース構造であり、デフレクタ素子に埋め込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項に記載のガス発生器ユニット。
- デフレクタ素子が向流部位にのみ孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか1項に記載のガス発生器ユニット。
- デフレクタ素子の少なくとも一部がガス発生器の周面と直接結合していることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか1項に記載のガス発生器ユニット。
