EP−A 1086992の実施例1に従って調製され、固形分含量40%を有するα−形のアゾバルビツル酸モノカリウム塩・1H2Oの水で湿ったペースト425g、乾燥で170g(0.5mol)に相当、を蒸留水5000ml中で、実験室用攪拌機を用いて攪拌し、95℃まで加熱する。6.5%濃度の塩化ニッケル水溶液1,060gを30分間かけて添加する。その後、メラミン126g(1mol)を添加し、95℃で1.5時間攪拌を続ける。次いで、水酸化カリウム溶液を用いてpHを5.5に調整する。次いで、生成物を吸引ろ過器で単離し、電解質がなくなるまで洗浄し、真空乾燥キャビネット内において80℃で乾燥し、粉砕する。
EP1086992の実施例1に従って調製され、固形分含量40%のα−形のアゾバルビツル酸モノカリウム塩・1H2Oの水で湿ったペースト425g、乾燥で170g(0.5mol)に相当、を蒸留水5000ml中で実験室用攪拌機を用いて攪拌し、95℃に加熱する。
10%濃度の水酸化カリウム溶液28gを滴下する(0.05mol;使用されるアゾバルビツル酸モノカリウム塩を基準として10%)こと以外は、実施例1と同様に反応を行う。これにより、モノカリウム塩90部およびジカリウム塩10部のモル比率の混合物を得る。
10%濃度の水酸化カリウム溶液56gを滴下する(0.1mol;使用されるアゾバルビツル酸モノカリウム塩を基準として20%)こと以外は、実施例1と同様に反応を行う。これにより、モノカリウム塩80部およびジカリウム塩20部のモル比率の混合物を得る。
10%濃度の水酸化カリウム溶液84gを滴下する(0.15mol;使用されるアゾバルビツル酸モノカリウム塩を基準として30%)こと以外は、実施例1と同様に反応を行う。これにより、モノカリウム塩70部およびジカリウム塩30部のモル比率の混合物を得る。
リン酸トリカリウム21.2gを添加する(0.10mol;使用されるアゾバルビツル酸モノカリウム塩を基準として20%)こと以外は、実施例1と同様に反応を行う。リン酸トリカリウム塩は2単位のアゾバルビツル酸モノカリウム塩をアゾバルビツル酸ジカリウム塩に変換し、そしてその過程でリン酸二水素塩になる。
リン酸水素ジカリウム17.4gを添加する(0.10mol;使用されるアゾバルビツル酸モノカリウム塩を基準として20%)こと以外は、実施例1と同様に反応を行う。リン酸水素ジカリウムは1単位のアゾバルビツル酸モノカリウム塩をアゾバルビツル酸ジカリウム塩に転換し、そしてその過程でリン酸二水素塩になった。
Claims (5)
- 合成、半合成または天然の高分子化合物の原料着色のための、および天然、再生もしくは人造繊維の原糸染色のための、およびまた、布地および紙の印刷のための印刷着色剤、ディステンパー着色剤またはバインダー着色剤を製造する方法であって、請求項1に記載された方法にしたがって顔料を製造し、さらに前記顔料を用いることを特徴とする印刷着色剤、ディステンパー着色剤またはバインダー着色剤の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載された方法に従って少なくとも1種の顔料を製造する工程と、前記顔料を少なくとも1種の分散剤と混合する工程を含む顔料調製物の製造方法。
- 少なくとも1種の顔料と、少なくとも1種の光開始剤と、光硬化モノマーとを含むフォトレジストの製造方法であって、請求項1に記載された方法に従って顔料を製造する工程、次いで前記顔料を粉砕する工程、さらに、前記粉砕した顔料に少なくとも1種の光開始剤と、光硬化モノマーとを添加し、さらに任意選択によりバインダー及び/又は溶剤を添加するか又は添加しない工程を含む、フォトレジストの製造方法。
- 以下の工程:
請求項4に記載の方法に従ってフォトレジストを製造する工程、
前記フォトレジストを基板に塗布して、コートされたプレートを製造する工程、及び
前記のコートされたプレートを、フォトマスクを使用して露光し、次いでキュア及び現像する工程、
を含む、カラーフィルターの製造方法。
