Description
a)PCMを20から80重量%、および
b)b1)ASTM 792に従って測定した場合に0.910g/cm3以下の密度を有する超低密度ポリエチレン(VLDPE)、
b2)ASTM 792に従って測定した場合に0.900g/cm3以下の密度を有するエチレンプロピレンゴム(EPR)、
b3)スチレンエチレンブタジエンスチレン(SEBS)コポリマー、および
b4)スチレンブタジエンスチレン(SBS)コポリマー
よりなる群から選択される1種または複数種のポリマーを20から80重量%含んでおり、
前記重量パーセントが前記組成物の全重量を基準にしている、PCM組成物によって克服できることが今や見出された。
結晶化度の%=ρs−ρa/ρc−ρa
式中、ρsはある特定のポリマーの密度であり、ρaは非晶質構造を有する同じポリマーの密度であり、ρcは100%の結晶質構造を有する同じポリマーの密度である。
a)少なくとも1枚のシート(A)、
b)前記少なくとも1枚のシート(A)に隣接して配置された少なくとも1つの層(B)、
c)前記少なくとも1つの層(B)に隣接して配置された1つまたは複数の追加層(C)
をこの順序で含む。
パラフィンワックス(PCM)(RubithermからRubitherm(登録商標)RT20という商標で市販されているもの(融点22℃))55gおよび0.5重量%の無水マレイン酸でグラフトされたVLDPE(密度0.863g/cm3)の顆粒(E.I.du Pont de Nemours and CompanyからFusabond(登録商標)493Dという商標で市販されているもの)45gを、1リットルのタンブルブレンダーに同時に導入した。十分に時間をかけて液体パラフィンワックスがポリマーマトリックスに最大限含有(ソーキング)されるようにするため、混合は25℃で8時間かけて実施した。液体パラフィンワックスの残りを外面から除去するために、パラフィンワックスに浸した顆粒をブレンダーから取り出してろ過した。ソーキング前とソーキング後の顆粒の重さの差を測定し、こうしてポリマーマトリックスが吸収したワックスの重量パーセントを計算できた。
25重量%のアクリル酸メチル(E.I.du Pont de Nemours and CompanyからElvaloy(登録商標)AC 1125という商標で市販されているもの)を含むエチレンアクリル酸メチルの顆粒を用いて実施例1を繰り返した。この実施例2で得られたPCM組成物ではスラブを作製しなかった。
VLDPE(密度0.863g/cm3)の顆粒(Engage(登録商標)8180という商標でDow Chemicalsから市販されているもの)を用いて実施例1を繰り返した。この実施例3で得られたPCM組成物ではスラブを作製しなかった。
HDPE(密度0.965g/cm3)の顆粒(E.I.du Pont de Nemours and CompanyからDuPont(商標)6611という名前で市販されているもの)を用いて実施例1を繰り返した。この実施例4で得られたPCM組成物ではスラブを作製しなかった。
HDPE(密度0.965g/cm3)の顆粒(E.I.du Pont de Nemours and CompanyからDuPont(商標)6611という名前で市販されているもの)を用いて実施例1を繰り返した。180℃で8時間かけて混合を実施した。
1 8時間のソーキング後のポリマーマトリックスが吸収したパラフィンワックスの重量パーセント。100%は、全吸収(すなわち、55gのパラフィンワックスが45gのポリマーに吸収されたこと)を意味する。
2 2293%(4.6Mpa)は、試験装置で測定可能な最大値である。
VLDPE(密度0.863g/cm3)の顆粒(Engage(登録商標)8180という商標でDow Chemicalから市販されているもの)44.6gを、ビニルトリメトキシシランと過酸化物触媒の混合物(General Electric、Osi Specialitiesから市販されているXL−Pearl(登録商標)23)0.4gと一緒に、220℃の温度で押し出して配合物を得た。パラフィンワックス(PCM)(Rubitherm(登録商標)RT20という商標でRubithermから市販されているもの(融点22℃))55g、ジブチル錫ラウレート0.03gおよび上で得られたVLDPEをベースにした配合物45gを、1リットルのタンブルブレンダーに同時に導入した。十分に時間をかけて液体パラフィンワックスおよびジブチル錫ラウレートがポリマーマトリックスに最大限含有(ソーキング)されるようにするため、混合は25℃で8時間かけて実施した。パラフィンワックスおよびジブチル錫ラウレートに浸した顆粒をブレンダーから取り出した。
次に、本発明の好ましい態様を示す。
1. 相変化物質(PCM)組成物であって、
a)PCMを20から80重量%、および
b)b1)ASTM 792に従って測定した場合に0.910g/cm 3 以下の密度を有する超低密度ポリエチレン(VLDPE)、
b2)0.900g/cm 3 以下の密度を有するエチレンプロピレンゴム(EPR)、
b3)スチレンエチレンブタジエンスチレン(SEBS)コポリマー、および
b4)スチレンブタジエンスチレン(SBS)コポリマー
よりなる群から選択される1種または複数種のポリマーを20から80重量%含んでおり、
前記重量パーセントが前記組成物の全重量を基準にしている、相変化物質(PCM)組成物。
2. 0.900g/cm 3 以下の密度を有する前記EPRが、エチレンプロピレンジエン三元共重合体(EPDM)、エチレンプロピレンメチレン(EPM)およびそれらの混合物である、上記1に記載のPCM組成物。
3. 前記1種または複数種のポリマーが、0.910g/cm 3 以下の密度を有するVLDPEである、上記1に記載のPCM組成物。
4. 前記PCMが1種または複数種の結晶質アルキル炭化水素である、上記1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のPCM組成物。
5. 少なくとも50重量%の吸収力を有する不活性粉末を10から40重量%だけさらに含み、前記重量パーセントが前記不活性粉末の乾燥質量を基準にしている、上記1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のPCM組成物。
6. 前記不活性粉末が少なくとも120重量%の吸収力を有し、前記重量パーセントが前記不活性粉末の乾燥質量を基準にしている、上記5に記載のPCM組成物。
7. 前記不活性粉末が、シリケート、1種または複数種の難燃性充填剤およびそれらの混合物である、上記5または6に記載のPCM組成物。
8. 前記1種または複数種の難燃性充填剤が、三水和アルミニウム、水酸化マグネシウム、ピロリン酸メラミン、シアヌル酸メラミン、1種または複数種の臭素化充填剤およびそれらの混合物の中から選択される、上記7に記載のPCM組成物。
9. 前記1種または複数種のポリマーを30から50重量%だけ含む上記1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のPCM組成物。
10. 50から70重量%のPCMを含む上記1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のPCM組成物。
11. 前記1種または複数種のポリマーが0.2〜3重量%のカルボン酸またはカルボン酸無水物官能基でグラフトされており、前記重量パーセントが前記1種または複数種のポリマーの全重量を基準にしている、上記1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のPCM組成物。
12. 前記VLDPEの密度が0.800と0.910の間である、上記1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のPCM組成物。
13. 酸化防止剤およびUVフィルターをさらに含む、上記1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のPCM組成物。
14. 前記1種または複数種のポリマーが架橋されている、上記1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のPCM組成物。
15. 上記1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のPCM組成物で作製されたシート。
16. 0.5から10mmの間の厚さを有する、上記15に記載のシート。
17. 上記15又は16に記載の少なくとも1枚のPCMシート(A)を含む多層構造体であって、前記シートが、アルミニウム、アルミニウムで真空塗装されたポリエステル、1種または複数種の難燃性ポリマー組成物、プラスター、ロックウール断熱材、ガラスウール断熱材および発泡ポリスチレンで作製された少なくとも1つの層(B)に隣接している、多層構造体。
18. 前記少なくとも1枚のシート(A)が、アルミニウム、アルミニウムで真空塗装されたポリエステル、1種または複数種の難燃性ポリマー組成物、プラスター、ロックウール断熱材、ガラスウール断熱材および発泡ポリスチレンで別個に作製された2つの層(B1、B2)の間に配置されている、上記17に記載の多層構造体。
19. a)少なくとも1枚のシート(A)、
b)前記少なくとも1枚のシート(A)に隣接して配置された少なくとも1つの層(B)、
c)前記少なくとも1つの層(B)に隣接して配置された1つまたは複数の追加層(C)をこの順序で含み、前記1つまたは複数の追加層(C)が、アルミニウム、アルミニウムで真空塗装されたポリエステル、1種または複数種の難燃性ポリマー組成物、プラスター、ロックウール断熱材、ガラスウール断熱材および発泡ポリスチレンで別個に作製されている、上記17に記載の多層構造体。
20. 1つまたは複数の前記層(B1、B2)の外側に隣接して配置された1つまたは複数の追加層(C)をさらに含み、前記1つまたは複数の追加層(C)が、アルミニウム、アルミニウムで真空塗装されたポリエステル、1種または複数種の難燃性ポリマー組成物、プラスター、ロックウール断熱材、ガラスウール断熱材および発泡ポリスチレンで別個に作製されている、上記18に記載の多層構造体。
21. 上記1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のPCM組成物で作製された成形品。
Claims (4)
- 相変化物質(PCM)組成物であって、
a)PCMであるパラフィンワックスを20から80重量%、および
b1)ASTM 792に従って測定した場合に0.910g/cm3以下の密度を有する超低密度ポリエチレン(VLDPE)を20から80重量%含んでおり、
前記重量パーセントが前記組成物の全重量を基準にしている、相変化物質(PCM)組成物。 - 請求項1に記載のPCM組成物で作製されたシート。
- 請求項2に記載の少なくとも1枚のPCMシート(A)を含む多層構造体であって、前記シートが、アルミニウム、アルミニウムで真空塗装されたポリエステル、1種または複数種の難燃性ポリマー組成物、プラスター、ロックウール断熱材、ガラスウール断熱材および発泡ポリスチレンで作製された少なくとも1つの層(B)に隣接している、多層構造体。
- 請求項1に記載のPCM組成物で作製された成形品。
