Claims (4)
- ヨウ素:全ヨウ素量で2〜35g/リットル、ホウ素:0.2〜8g/リットル及びカリウム:0.6〜11g/リットルを含有する偏光フィルム製造廃液からヨウ素を回収する方法であって、
前記廃液を、pHが7未満になるように調整した後、電気透析して前記廃液中に含まれるヨウ素とカリウムとをヨウ化カリウムとして分離する工程と、
前記電気透析後の廃液を強塩基性陰イオン交換樹脂に通液して前記廃液に残留するヨウ素を前記強塩基性陰イオン交換樹脂に吸着させる工程と、
前記ヨウ化カリウム及び前記強塩基性陰イオン交換樹脂からヨウ素を回収する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする偏光フィルム製造廃液からのヨウ素回収方法。 - ヨウ素:全ヨウ素量で2〜35g/リットル、及びホウ素:0.2〜8g/リットルを含有する偏光フィルム製造廃液からヨウ素を回収方法であって、
前記廃液を、pHが2以下になるように調整した後、前記廃液中に含まれるヨウ素を、ヨウ素イオンを吸着させた強塩基性陰イオン交換樹脂に吸着させる工程と、
前記強塩基性陰イオン交換樹脂による吸着処理後の廃液を、更に他の強塩基性イオン交換樹脂に通液して前記廃液中に残留するヨウ素を前記他の強塩基性イオン交換樹脂に吸着させる工程と、
前記強塩基性陰イオン交換樹脂及び前記他の強塩基性イオン交換樹脂からヨウ素を回収する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする偏光フィルム製造廃液からのヨウ素回収方法。 - ヨウ素:全ヨウ素量で2〜35g/リットル、及びホウ素:0.2〜8g/リットルを含有する偏光フィルム製造廃液からヨウ素を回収方法であって、
前記廃液を、pHが7未満になるように調整した後、強塩基性陰イオン交換樹脂に通液して前記廃液中のヨウ素を前記強塩基性陰イオン交換樹脂に吸着させる工程を有することを特徴とする偏光フィルム製造廃液からのヨウ素回収方法。 - ヨウ素分離後の廃液を、pHが7以上となるように調整した後、ホウ素選択性キレート樹脂に通液して、前記廃液中のホウ素を前記ホウ素選択性キレート樹脂に吸着させる工程と、
前記ホウ素選択性キレート樹脂からホウ素を回収する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の偏光フィルム製造廃液からのヨウ素回収方法。
