Claims (3)
- ダイヤフラムを有する弁体が弁ハウジングに組み込まれ、第1の流路とこれに連通する第2の流路とを連通させる状態と連通を遮断する状態とに開閉するダイヤフラム弁であって、
前記弁ハウジング内に軸方向に往復動自在に配置され、前記第1の流路と前記第2の流路とを連通させる連通流路が形成された中空弁体と、
前記中空弁体の一端部に凹面側が前記中空弁体の軸方向外方となって設けられた第1のダイヤフラムと、
前記中空弁体の他端部に前記凹面側と凹凸関係が逆向きとなって凹面側が前記中空弁体の軸方向外方となって設けられ、前記中空弁体を介して前記第1のダイヤフラムと連動する第2のダイヤフラムと、
前記弁ハウジングに設けられ、前記中空弁体が当接する弁座部を有する弁座ブロックと、
軸方向に往復動自在に前記弁ハウジングに設けられ、前記中空弁体に連結されるピストンロッドを有し流体圧により駆動されるピストンと、
前記ピストンロッドにより前記中空弁体を前記ピストンロッドの移動方向と平行に移動することによって、前記弁座部に前記中空弁体が当接して前記連通流路を閉鎖することを特徴とするダイヤフラム弁。 - 請求項1記載のダイヤフラム弁において、前記ピストンを単動型とすることを特徴とするダイヤフラム弁。
- 請求項1または2記載のダイヤフラム弁において、前記ピストンロッドを円筒形状とし、前記ピストンを環状とすることを特徴とするダイヤフラム弁。
