Description
Claims (2)
- モータユニットにより回転される回転軸がモータケーシング内に軸支され、前記回転軸の一端側に圧縮ケーシング内で回転するインペラを備える電動圧縮機であって、
前記回転軸は、前記モータケーシング内で回転方向にラジアルベアリングで軸支されると共に、軸方向にスラストエアベアリングで支持され、
前記スラストエアベアリングは、回転軸の径方向外周に設けられた円盤状のフランジ部と、前記フランジ部の表裏に対面する薄板状のトップフォイルと、前記トップフォイルを弾性的に支持する波板状のバンプフォイルとをそれぞれ備えるフロントスラストベアリング及びリアスラストベアリングとを有し、前記フランジ部は前記フロントスラストベアリング及びリアスラストベアリングにより所定の圧力で挟持され、前記インペラよりも後方で前記回転軸の一端側に設けられており、
前記モータケーシングは、前記回転軸の他端側に設けられ、前記圧縮ケーシングに設けられた圧縮空気導出部から前記インペラの回転により発生する気体の圧力を導入する圧力室を有し、
前記回転軸は、前記圧力室に対面し、前記インペラの回転により発生する軸方向の荷重とは逆方向に前記圧力室内の圧力を受ける荷重相殺部を備えていることを特徴とする電動圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載の電動圧縮機であって、
前記回転軸は内部に空洞を有する中空の筒状であり、
前記インペラと前記荷重相殺部とは、前記回転軸の空洞を介して互いにテンションシャフトにより連結されていることを特徴とする電動圧縮機。
