Abstract
【解決手段】ゲート弁は、本体部1と、ゲート弁が閉じたときにゲートの周縁部に当接するシール部2とを備える。シール部2は、本体部1の周縁部に沿って延びるように設けられ、ゲート弁が開いたときに主面1Aから突出する凸状の第1部分2Aおよび凸状の第2部分2Bを含む。第1部分2Aの主面1Aからの突出量(H1)は、第2部分2Bの主面1Aからの突出量(H2)よりも大きい。第1部分2Aは、第2部分2Bに対して主面1Aの内周側に設けられる。

Claims (4)
- チャンバに対して被処理物が出し入れされるゲートに設けられるゲート弁であって、
主面を有する本体部と、
前記ゲート弁が閉じたときに前記ゲートの周縁部に当接するシール部とを備え、
前記シール部は、前記本体部の周縁部に沿って延びるように設けられ、前記ゲート弁が開いたときに前記主面から突出する凸状の第1部分および凸状の第2部分を含み、
前記第1部分の前記主面からの突出量は、前記第2部分の前記主面からの突出量よりも大きく、
前記第1部分は、前記第2部分に対して前記主面の内周側に設けられる、ゲート弁。 - 前記第2部分は、前記ゲート弁が比較的高荷重で閉じられたときにのみ前記ゲートの周縁部に当接する、請求項1に記載のゲート弁。
- 前記本体部の主面に対する前記第2部分の外周側斜面の傾斜角度は、前記本体部の主面に対する前記第1部分の外周側斜面の傾斜角度よりも大きい、請求項1または請求項2に記載のゲート弁。
- 前記本体部の主面に対する前記第1部分の外周側斜面の傾斜角度は、前記本体部の主面に対する前記第1部分の内周側斜面の傾斜角度よりも小さい、請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載のゲート弁。
