Claims (8)
- 複数の蓄電池と、
それぞれの前記蓄電池毎に設けられ、対応する蓄電池の充放電を制御する蓄電池制御手段と、
建物に電力を供給する供給手段により供給される電力を消費する際の目標値を示す消費電力目標情報が記録された記録手段と、
前記建物における現在の消費電力を検出する検出手段と、
前記蓄電池に放電させる場合に、放電させる蓄電池の順位を予め定めておき、前記建物に供給する電力量、及び前記順位に応じて、放電させる蓄電池を決定すると共に、前記検出手段により検出された消費電力が、前記記録手段に記録された消費電力目標情報が示す目標値より小さい場合には、前記供給手段により供給される電力を用いた消費電力が前記目標値以下となる範囲の電力量で、前記蓄電池を充電するように前記蓄電池制御手段を制御し、前記検出手段により検出された消費電力が、前記記録手段に記録された消費電力目標情報が示す目標値より大きい場合には、前記供給手段により供給される電力を用いた消費電力が前記目標値以下となる電力量となるように、決定された前記放電させる蓄電池に充電された電力を建物に供給するように前記蓄電池制御手段を制御する統合制御手段と、
を有し、
建物内又は建物近傍に配置された固定型蓄電池、及び蓄電されていなくても走行に支障のない車両に設けられた移動型蓄電池を前記蓄電池として含む場合の前記順位として、前記移動型蓄電池の順位が、前記固定型蓄電池の順位よりも早く放電する順位に予め定められているエネルギマネージメントシステム。 - 前記統合制御手段は、放電させる蓄電池が、車両に設けられた蓄電池の場合には、該車両の走行に要する予め定められた蓄電量を残すように放電させる請求項1に記載のエネルギマネージメントシステム。
- 前記予め定められた蓄電量は、車両に応じて定められる請求項2に記載のエネルギマネージメントシステム。
- 前記目標値を設定する設定手段をさらに有し、
前記設定手段は、前記供給手段により建物に電力を供給する電力供給側により示される目標値を設定するか、ユーザにより入力された目標値を設定する請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のエネルギマネージメントシステム。 - 電力により熱を発生させ、発生させた熱を蓄熱する蓄熱手段をさらに有し、
前記統合制御手段は、前記検出手段により検出された消費電力が、前記記録手段に記録された消費電力目標情報が示す目標値より小さい場合には、前記供給手段により供給される電力を用いた消費電力が前記目標値以下となる範囲の電力量で、前記蓄熱手段に電力を供給するように制御する請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のエネルギマネージメントシステム。 - 前記供給手段により供給される電力の他に、建物において自家発電することで建物に電力を供給する自家発電電力供給手段をさらに有する請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のエネルギマネージメントシステム。
- 前記統合制御手段は、前記蓄電池に充電するために用いる電力を、前記供給手段による電力よりも、前記自家発電電力供給手段により供給される電力を優先するように制御する請求項6に記載のエネルギマネージメントシステム。
- 前記統合制御手段は、前記蓄電池に充電された電力を売電するように制御する請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のエネルギマネージメントシステム。
