Claims (17)
- 外科的処置(surgical procedure)に使用されるシステムであって、
入口と出口とを有する気体駆動の器具(pneumatic instrument)と、
前記気体駆動の器具の入口に流体的に結合されたタンクであって、加圧されたヘリウムガスを供給して当該気体駆動の器具に動力を与えるタンクと、
前記気体駆動の器具の前記出口に流体的に結合された圧縮機であって、当該気体駆動の器具から排出されるヘリウムガスを受け取って排出されたヘリウムガスを圧縮して加圧されたヘリウムガスをタンクに供給する圧縮機と
を有することを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記タンクから前記気体駆動の器具への加圧されたヘリウムガスの流れを規制する少なくとも1つの弁と、
前記圧縮機と前記少なくとも1つの弁とを制御する制御器と
を更に有することを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項2に記載のシステムにおいて、前記制御器は圧力フィードバックを利用して前記タンク内に含まれるヘリウムガスを一定の圧力に維持することを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項3に記載のシステムにおいて、前記制御器は圧力フィードバックを利用して前記圧縮機の駆動時間(runtime)を最小にすることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記気体駆動の器具から排出されるヘリウムガス内の汚染物質を濾過するフィルタを更に有することを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項5に記載のシステムにおいて、前記フィルタは使い捨てであることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記気体駆動の器具は羽根モータ(a vane motor)を有することを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記気体駆動の器具はシールされてヘリウムガスが逃げることを防ぐことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、内部通路と外部通路とを有する導管を更に有し、
前記内部通路は前記気体駆動の器具の前記入口に流体的に結合され、
前記外部通路は前記気体駆動の器具の前記出口に流体的に結合される
ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 医療処置(medical procedure)に使用されるキットであって、
気体モータ組立体(pneumatic motor assembly)を有する手術器具と、
前記手術器具に動力を与えるための加圧されたヘリウムガスの供給と
を有し、
前記手術器具から排出されるヘリウムガスはリサイクルされ圧縮機によって圧縮されて、加圧されたヘリウムガスの前記供給を復元することを特徴とするキット。 - 請求項10に記載のキットにおいて、前記圧縮機を制御して加圧されたヘリウムガスの前記供給を一定の圧力水準に維持する制御部を更に有することを特徴とするキット。
- 請求項10に記載のキットにおいて、手術器具を通る加圧されたヘリウムガスの流れを規制する少なくとも1つの弁を更に有することを特徴とするキット。
- 請求項10に記載のキットにおいて、前記気体モータ組立体はシールされてヘリウムガスの漏れ(leakage)を防ぐことを特徴とするキット。
- 請求項13に記載のキットにおいて、前記気体モータ組立体は羽根モータを有することを特徴とするキット。
- 請求項10に記載のキットにおいて、前記手術器具から排出されるヘリウムガス内の汚染物質を濾過する使い捨てフィルタを更に有することを特徴とするキット。
- 請求項10に記載のキットにおいて、加圧されたヘリウムガスの前記供給はタンク内に貯蔵されることを特徴とするキット。
- 請求項16に記載のキットにおいて、前記タンクと前記圧縮機とは前記手術器具から離れて置かれることを特徴とするキット。
