Description

The present invention relates to a stretch release tape that pulls and peels in parallel along a surface to be attached such as a wall surface, and more particularly relates to a stretch release tape that can safely remove an object to be attached such as a hook from a wall surface.

One method of attaching posters or hooks to the wall without damaging the wallpaper is stretched release tape. For example, as described in Patent Document 1, the stretch release tape is a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape obtained by applying a pressure-sensitive adhesive to both surfaces of a rubber-elastic base material, and pulls the tape in parallel along the wall surface. Thus, the base material is gradually peeled off while being elastically deformed, and can be peeled off without polluting the wall surface.

On the other hand, because although the base material is peeled off while being elastically deformed, extends substantially maximum just before the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape peeled off, to get back to the original by the elastic restoring force at the moment of peeling, and paste the double-sided adhesive tape There was a problem that the hooks etc. that were hit flew toward the hand side and hurt the fingers.

In order to solve this problem, in Patent Document 1, when the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is pulled by making a diagonal cut in a part of the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, the direction of peeling is changed diagonally by the cut, It is devised not to fly toward the finger.

However, also in Patent Document 1 described above, although not at hand side rather than point will turn to fly hook simultaneously with the flaking off sided adhesive tape by an elastic restoring force, Winged hook Dari slipped on like under a desk I sometimes felt annoyed.

Then, in order to solve the subject mentioned above, this invention aims at providing the extending | stretching peeling tape in which to-be-attached objects, such as a hook, do not fly with peeling.

In order to achieve the above-described object, the present invention has several features described below. The invention according to claim 1 includes a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape that includes an adhesive layer on both surfaces of a tape base material having rubber elasticity, and that attaches an object to be attached such as a hanger to a surface to be attached such as a wall surface. In the stretched release tape that is peeled off from the attached surface, the adhesive force of the adhesive layer is weakened by pulling the double-sided adhesive tape in a direction substantially parallel to the attached surface. A grip portion that is gripped when the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is peeled off is provided on one end side, and the other side of the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is provided on the other side of the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape from two opposite corners. first and second two cuts cut into a predetermined angle inclined toward the pulling direction of the center line are provided on the unbound symmetrically across the center line, on the attached surface The above double-sided adhesive When the tape is peeled off, the remaining part of the adhesive tape cut along the cut line supports the attached object, and the adhesive force is higher than the adhesive force of the double-sided adhesive tape before deformation due to plastic deformation. It is characterized by being weakened and left behind .

According to a second aspect of the invention, in the first aspect, the remainder is characterized in that 3-12% of the volume of the double-sided adhesive tape is left behind.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect , the remaining portion has a trapezoidal shape .

According to the present invention, when the double-sided adhesive tape is peeled off by providing two cuts obliquely from the corner of the stretch release tape toward the center, the tape breaks from the tip of each cut. Then, the trapezoidal remaining portion remains between the attached object and the wall surface, and the attached object is held by the remaining portion, so that it is possible to reliably prevent the flying.

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a stretched release tape according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of an essential part thereof, and FIGS. 3A and 3B are cut lines of the stretched release tape. It is an enlarged plan view.

This stretch release tape 1 is composed of a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 is formed on both surfaces of a tape base material 2 having a high elastic property such as rubber. Protective sheets 4 and 4 are provided for protection. In the present invention, the protective sheets 4 and 4 are optional items.

In this example, the tape base material 2 is formed by forming a polyethylene foam sheet having a thickness of 600 μm into a strip shape having a length of 62 mm and a width of 18.5 mm. In this example, the tape base material 2 is made of a polyethylene resin foam sheet, but any other material may be used as long as it is a base material that has rubber elasticity and stretch releasability. is there. Also, the size may be arbitrary depending on the specifications.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 3 and 3 have the same configuration, and in this example, an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive is uniformly applied with a predetermined thickness. In this invention, the adhesive layer 3 should just be 1.5 mm or less in thickness of the extending | stretching peeling tape 1 containing the adhesive layer 3, and the adhesive which comprises the adhesive layer 3 is to the specification of a to-be-attached object or a wall surface. Depending on the case, it may be arbitrarily selected.

At one end (the left end in FIG. 1) of the stretch release tape 1, grips 11 and 11 are provided for gripping the stretch release tape 1 by hand when the stretch release tape 1 is peeled off. The gripping portions 11 and 11 are made of a synthetic resin film, and one surface is adhered along each pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 and 3. The specific configuration of the grips 11 and 11 is arbitrary. In addition, it is good also as the holding parts 11 and 11 weakening a part of adhesive layers 3 and 3 of the extending | stretching peeling tape 1 corresponding to the holding parts 11 and 11, without providing the holding parts 11 and 11. FIG.

At the other end of the stretch release tape 1 (the right end in FIG. 1), when the stretch release tape 1 is peeled off, a part of the stretch release tape 1 is attached to the attachment surface (W in FIG. 4) and the attachment portion (FIG. 4). A cut 5 is provided for leaving a gap with F).

As shown in FIG. 3 (a), the cut 5 includes a first cut 5a cut obliquely toward the center line L from one opposite corner 12a of the stretched release tape 1, and the other corner. And a second cut 5b cut obliquely from 12b toward the center line L, and they are provided symmetrically with respect to the center line L in the tensile direction.

The first cut 5a and the second cut 5b consists cutout slit cut out along the thickness direction of the stretch releasing tape 1, the cut 5a, 5b of the tip the Judges are deconsolidated. In this example, each cut 5a, 5b is a cut-out slit, as shown in FIG. 3 (b), each cut 5a, the end What happened and 5b may be provided perforations 5c unconsolidated.

According to this, when using the stretch releasing tape 1, i.e. when being adhered to the wall surface W, each cut 5a, the unconsolidated and to Rukoto ends the Judges of 5b, the lower power suspended according to the hook F Can be received on the entire surface of the stretch release tape 1.

In this example, each of the cuts 5a and 5b is punched in the thickness direction of the stretched release tape 1, but may be a perforation or a half-cut groove, and the tensile stress along the cuts 5a and 5b during stretching. The shape is arbitrary as long as it can be concentrated and separated.

Each of the cuts 5a and 5b may be provided such that when the stretch release tape 1 is peeled off, the remaining 3 to 12% of the volume of the stretch release tape 1 is left between the wall surface W and the hook F. preferable.

That is, as shown in FIG. 3A, each of the cuts 5a and 5b has a length A in the tensile direction from the base end to the tip of 3 to 6 mm, and the distance between the tips of the cuts 5a and 5b. By being provided so that B is 0.3 to 4 mm or less, the trapezoidal remaining portion 2a as shown in FIG. 6A remains between the wall surface W and the hook F when peeled off. It is.

In addition, after the stretch release tape 1 is cut off, the hook F is held on the wall surface W by the remaining portion 2a, so that the hook F does not fly to the hand at the time of peeling, and the hook F can be removed with a small force. Easy to do. The remaining portion 2a has a weakened elastic force due to plastic deformation when the stretched release tape 1 is stretched, and can be peeled off more easily than usual.

Next, an example of a procedure for using the stretched release tape 1 of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. First, as shown in FIG. 1, one of the protective sheets 4, 4 provided on both surfaces of the stretch release tape 1 is peeled off to expose one adhesive surface 3 , and the hook F is connected to the one adhesive surface 3 . Affix the surface to be applied.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the remaining protective sheet 4 is peeled off, and the exposed adhesive surface 3 is attached to the wall surface W. Thereby, the hook F is hold | maintained along the wall surface W via the extending | stretching peeling tape 1. FIG. At this time, it is preferable to attach so that the holding | grip part 11 of the extending | stretching peeling tape 1 may be exposed to the lower end of the hook F. FIG.

When removing the hook F from the wall surface W, first, as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5A, the gripping portion 11 of the stretch release tape 1 is gripped from the lower end of the hook F with one hand and the other hand is used. Press the hook F lightly.

Next, the grip portion 11 is pulled downward along the wall surface W. Thereby, as shown in FIG.5 (b), the extending | stretching peeling tape 1 is extended while elastically deforming downward so that it may be constricted, and it propagates to each cut | interruption 3a, 3b, and each cut | interruption 3a, 3b Will be cut off.

Furthermore, when Yuku by peeling, as shown in FIG. 5 (c), stretch releasing tape 1, the cut 5a, stress is concentrated on the tip side of 5b, the tip portion Yuki a drastically constricted, FIG As shown in FIG. 5 (d) and FIG. 6, the stress is concentrated on the tips of the cuts 5a and 5b, and the stretch-release tape 1 is divided.

Accordingly, as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, the main body of the stretch release tape 1 falls out between the hook F and the wall surface W, and the hook F is held by the remaining portion 2a. The hook F can be prevented from flying by the elastic restoring force of the tape 1.

By hooking the hook F left on the wall surface W lightly in the left-right arrow direction of FIG. 6A or the front arrow direction of FIG. 6B, the hook F can be removed with a small force. Finally, the stretched release tape 1 is completely removed by peeling off the remaining portion 2a remaining on the attached surface by hand.

In this example, each of the cuts 5a and 5b is cut from the corners 12a and 12b of the stretched release tape 1 toward the center, but it is sufficient if the remaining part 2a can be formed. It is optional according to the specifications .

Moreover, each cut | interruption 5a, 5b should just be provided in the right and left mutually on both sides of the centerline L. That is , as shown in FIG. 7, it may be an arcuate curve or the like, and its shape is arbitrary .
