Description
この発明の実施の形態1に係る2倍波発振器について図1から図4までを参照しながら説明する。図1は、この発明の実施の形態1に係る2倍波発振器の構成を示す図である。なお、各図中、同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。
この発明の実施の形態2に係る2倍波発振器について説明する。
Claims (2)
- 直列正帰還構成であり、かつ基本波信号の出力を抑制して回路内部で発生した1GHz以上200GHz以下の2倍波信号を出力する2倍波発振器であって、
ベース端子、第1及び第2のエミッタ端子、並びにコレクタ端子を有するトランジスタと、
前記ベース端子に接続された共振回路と、
前記コレクタ端子に接続され、基本波信号を反射する整合回路と、
前記第1のエミッタ端子に接続され、線路長が基本波信号の半波長の整数倍に基本波信号の波長の4分の1を加えた長さのマイクロ波線路ショートスタブと、
前記第2のエミッタ端子に接続され、前記第1のエミッタ端子に接続されたマイクロ波線路ショートスタブの線路長とは異なる任意の線路長を有するマイクロ波線路ショートスタブによって構成された接地回路と
を備え、
前記第1のエミッタ端子からグラウンド側を見た2倍波信号の負荷インピーダンスと、前記第2のエミッタ端子からグラウンド側を見た2倍波信号の負荷インピーダンスとの合成インピーダンスは、実部が0Ωから+20Ωまでの範囲、虚部が−20Ωから+20Ωまでの範囲である
ことを特徴とする2倍波発振器。 - 直列正帰還構成であり、かつ基本波信号の出力を抑制して回路内部で発生した1GHz以上200GHz以下の2倍波信号を出力する2倍波発振器であって、
ゲート端子、第1及び第2のソース端子、並びにドレイン端子を有する電界効果トランジスタと、
前記ゲート端子に接続された共振回路と、
前記ドレイン端子に接続され、基本波信号を反射する整合回路と、
前記第1のソース端子に接続され、線路長が基本波信号の半波長の整数倍に基本波信号の波長の4分の1を加えた長さのマイクロ波線路ショートスタブと、
前記第2のソース端子に接続され、前記第1のソース端子に接続されたマイクロ波線路ショートスタブの線路長とは異なる任意の線路長を有するマイクロ波線路ショートスタブによって構成された接地回路と
を備え、
前記第1のソース端子からグラウンド側を見た2倍波信号の負荷インピーダンスと、前記第2のソース端子からグラウンド側を見た2倍波信号の負荷インピーダンスとの合成インピーダンスは、実部が0Ωから+20Ωまでの範囲、虚部が−20Ωから+20Ωまでの範囲である
ことを特徴とする2倍波発振器。
