Description
本実験例において、レバーガイド32(節度部36)の1次樹脂40に貫通形成される貫通穴44が丸穴にされる場合には、貫通穴44がセレクト摺動領域38Aの長手方向中央の位置に配置される。さらに、図7〜図12において、貫通穴44が長穴にされる場合には、貫通穴44の最大長手方向長さLが、9mmにされる。また、2次樹脂42の成形時における冷却時間は60秒にされている。

Claims (3)
- 互いに交差するセレクト方向及びシフト方向へ操作可能にされ、基準位置からセレクト方向へ操作されてシフト領域に移動されると共に、シフト領域においてシフト方向へ操作されてシフト位置が変更されるシフトレバーと、
前記シフトレバー及び車体側の一方に設けられた付勢手段と、
前記シフトレバー及び車体側の他方に設けられると共に、内部材の外周に外周材が成形されて形成され、前記付勢手段が当接することで前記シフトレバーに付勢力が付与される当接部材と、
前記内部材に貫通形成された貫通穴に前記外周材が侵入されて形成され、前記シフトレバーが基準位置からシフト領域までセレクト方向へ操作される際に前記付勢手段が当接する前記当接部材の全範囲に配置された貫通部と、
を備えたシフトレバー装置。 - 前記貫通部のセレクト方向に垂直な方向における長さを前記貫通部のセレクト方向における長さに比し短くした請求項1記載のシフトレバー装置。
- 前記シフトレバーがシフト領域から基準位置へ向かう方向へ付勢される請求項1又は請求項2記載のシフトレバー装置。
