Claims (3)
- 外側板と、
外側板の内側面に固定され外側板に対して少なくとも一側部に補強板収納凸部が膨出形成された内側板と、
外側板と内側板の一側部の補強板収納凸部との間に固定された内部補強板とを具備し、
内側板は、
一側部の補強板収納凸部に平面状に設けられた複数のヒンジ取付面部と、
各ヒンジ取付面部の周囲の少なくとも一部に設けられた補強凹溝部とを備え、
内部補強板は、
内側板のヒンジ取付面部と密着される平面状のヒンジ取付凸部と、
ヒンジ取付凸部の周囲の少なくとも一部に設けられ内側板の補強凹溝部と嵌合する補強凹部とを備え、
内側板のヒンジ取付面部および内部補強板のヒンジ取付凸部に取付けられたヒンジ
を具備したことを特徴とするドアパネル。 - 内側板のヒンジ取付面部および内部補強板のヒンジ取付凸部は、ボルト挿入孔を備え、
内部補強板のヒンジ取付凸部のボルト挿入孔裏面に一体化されたナットと、
内側板のヒンジ取付面部に当接されたヒンジを、内側板および内部補強板の各ボルト挿入孔を通してナットに螺合することで締着するボルトと
を具備したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のドアパネル。 - 内側板のヒンジ取付面部および内部補強板のヒンジ取付凸部にそれぞれ凹凸状に設けられて相互に嵌合する位置決め用嵌合部
を具備したことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のドアパネル。
