Claims (19)
- ターボ機械ロータであって、
外周に複数のスロット(41)を有するディスク(4)と、
それぞれブレードルート(22)を有する複数の取り外し可能なブレード(2)とを備え、ブレードルート(22)は、スロットのうちの1つに収容されるほぞ(23)を基部に有し、前記ターボ機械ロータがさらに、
前記ディスクに固定され且つ各ブレードルートが当接する下流側フランジ(7)を備え、
前記ターボ機械ロータが、ブレードルートと下流側フランジとの間に隙間を維持するようになっている弾性バッファ(8)を、各ブレードルートの下流側部分(24)と下流側フランジとの間に含み、
各ブレードルートの前記下流側部分が、前記ブレードルートのほぞの径方向外側にある、ターボ機械ロータ。 - 弾性バッファが、ブレードルートの下流側部分上にクリップできる形状を成している、請求項1に記載のターボ機械ロータ。
- 弾性バッファが、下流側フランジ上にクリップできる形状を成している、請求項1に記載のターボ機械ロータ。
- 弾性バッファが、ブレードの下流側部分と当接するベースと、ブレードルートの側面と当接する2つのブランチとを備えるU形状を成している、請求項2に記載のターボ機械ロータ。
- Uの各ブランチが略平坦な形状を成している、請求項4に記載のターボ機械ロータ。
- Uのベースが、略平坦な形状を成すとともに、上流側面および下流側面を備える、請求項4または5に記載のターボ機械ロータ。
- ベースが、グリップ強化スタッドとしての機能を果たす少なくとも1つのスパイクをその下流側面上に備える、請求項6に記載のターボ機械ロータ。
- ベースが、3つのスパイクをその下流側面上に備える、請求項7に記載のターボ機械ロータ。
- スパイクが、ベースの下流側面によって画定される平面から突出している、請求項7または8に記載のターボ機械ロータ。
- スパイクが、ベースの下流側面上の円形凹部内に位置されている、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械ロータ。
- ベースの下流側面の硬度が50ショアA〜70ショアAの範囲である、請求項6から10のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械ロータ。
- ベースの下流側面が60ショアAの硬度を有する、請求項11に記載のターボ機械ロータ。
- ベースの下流側面がシリコンエラストマーによって形成されている、請求項6から12のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械ロータ。
- 弾性バッファの硬度が40ショアD〜80ショアDの範囲である、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械ロータ。
- 弾性バッファの硬度が65ショアD〜75ショアDの範囲である、請求項14に記載のターボ機械ロータ。
- 弾性バッファの硬度が71ショアD〜73ショアDの範囲である、請求項15に記載のターボ機械ロータ。
- 弾性バッファがポリウレタンエラストマーによって形成されている、請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械ロータ。
- ブレードがファンブレードである、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械ロータ。
- 請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載されるロータを備える、ターボ機械。
