Description
好ましくは、ハイブリッド車両は、制御モード設定部をさらに備える。制御モード設定部は、インバータの電圧変調率に基づいて交流電動機の制御モードを設定する。インバータ制御部は、制御モード設定部により設定された制御モードで交流電動機を駆動するようにインバータを制御する。そして、制御モード設定部は、EHCへの給電を加味せずに算出される電圧変調率に基づいて、制御モードを設定する。
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1によるハイブリッド車両の全体ブロック図である。図1を参照して、ハイブリッド車両1は、エンジン10と、第1MG(Motor Generator)20と、第2MG30と、動力分割装置40と、減速機50と、モータ駆動装置60と、蓄電装置70と、駆動輪80とを備える。また、ハイブリッド車両1は、排気通路90と、EHC100と、ECU(Electronic Control Unit)110と、温度センサ118とをさらに備える。
この実施の形態2では、車両外部の電源(以下「外部電源」とも称する。)から蓄電装置70を充電可能なハイブリッド車両において、外部電源から蓄電装置70の充電時にもEHC100へ大電力を給電可能な構成が示される。
Claims (4)
- 内燃機関および車両走行用の交流電動機の少なくとも一方から出力される動力によって走行するハイブリッド車両であって、
前記交流電動機へ供給される電力を蓄える蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置の電圧を昇圧する昇圧コンバータと、
前記昇圧コンバータによって昇圧された電圧を受けて前記交流電動機を駆動するインバータと、
前記昇圧コンバータを制御するコンバータ制御部と、
前記インバータを制御するインバータ制御部と、
前記内燃機関の排気通路に設けられ、前記内燃機関から排出される排気ガスを浄化する触媒または前記触媒に導入される前記排気ガスを電気加熱可能に構成された電気加熱式触媒装置とを備え、
前記電気加熱式触媒装置は、前記交流電動機の中性点に電気的に接続され、
前記電気加熱式触媒装置への給電時、
前記インバータ制御部は、前記電気加熱式触媒装置へ給電されるように、前記インバータを制御することによって前記中性点の電位を調整し、
前記コンバータ制御部は、前記電気加熱式触媒装置への給電を加味して前記昇圧コンバータの出力電圧の目標値を設定し、前記昇圧コンバータの出力電圧が前記目標値に一致するように前記昇圧コンバータを制御し、さらに
車両外部の電源から供給される電力を受ける受電部と、
前記受電部から入力される電力を電圧変換して前記蓄電装置を充電する充電装置とを備え、
前記コンバータ制御部は、前記電源から前記蓄電装置の充電時、前記電気加熱式触媒装置への給電を加味して前記目標値を設定し、前記出力電圧が前記目標値に一致するように前記昇圧コンバータを制御する、ハイブリッド車両。 - 前記充電装置は、前記蓄電装置と前記昇圧コンバータとの間に接続される、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記インバータの電圧変調率に基づいて前記交流電動機の制御モードを設定する制御モード設定部をさらに備え、
前記インバータ制御部は、前記制御モード設定部により設定された制御モードで前記交流電動機を駆動するように前記インバータを制御し、
前記制御モード設定部は、前記電気加熱式触媒装置への給電を加味せずに算出される前記電圧変調率に基づいて、前記制御モードを設定する、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記電気加熱式触媒装置の温度を検出する温度センサをさらに備え、
前記コンバータ制御部は、前記電気加熱式触媒装置に印加する電圧値を所定の設定値に加えることによって前記目標値を設定し、
前記電圧値は、前記温度センサの検出値に基づいて設定される、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両。
