Description
好適には、前記変速部の変速が必要とされる時であって且つその変速が制限される時には、駆動力源の出力を抑制するので、車両用駆動装置の負荷を抑制するために変速部の変速が必要とされるときに、その変速が制限されたとしても、車両用駆動装置の耐久性を向上させることができる。
また、前記変速部で必要とされる変速とは、前記電動機の温度上昇を抑制する為に必要とされる前記変速部での変速であるので、変速部の変速によって電動機の温度上昇が抑制される一方で、その変速部の変速が制限されたとしても駆動力源の出力を抑制することで電動機の温度が適切に下げられる。
また、前記変速部で必要とされる変速とは、前記変速部の作動油の温度上昇を抑制する為に必要とされる前記変速部での変速であるので、変速部の変速によって変速部の作動油の温度上昇が抑制される一方で、その変速部の変速が制限されたとしても駆動力源の出力を抑制することで変速部の作動油の温度が適切に下げられる。
また、前記変速部での変速が制限される時とは、前記車両用駆動装置を構成する回転要素が許容回転速度を超える時であるので、前記車両用駆動装置を構成する回転要素が許容回転速度を超える時には、駆動力源の出力の低下量を多くして電動機の温度や変速部の作動油の温度を速やかに下げることができる。

Claims (15)
- 差動部の回転要素に動力伝達可能に連結された電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより、入力回転速度と出力回転速度との差動状態が制御される電気式差動部と、該電気式差動部から駆動輪への動力伝達経路の一部を構成する変速部とを備える車両用駆動装置の制御装置であって、
前記車両用駆動装置の、前記電動機の温度上昇或いは前記変速部の作動油の温度上昇を抑制する為に前記変速部の変速が必要とされる時であって且つ該車両用駆動装置を構成する回転要素が許容回転速度を超えてしまう為に該変速が制限される時には、該必要とされる変速部の変速に替えて、駆動力源の出力を抑制することを特徴とする車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記駆動力源の出力の抑制は、前記差動部の回転要素に連結された駆動力源として機能するエンジン出力を抑制するものである請求項1に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記駆動力源の出力の抑制は、前記差動部の回転要素に連結された駆動力源として機能する第2電動機の出力を抑制するものである請求項1または2に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記駆動力源の出力の抑制変化速度は、前記変速部での変速の必要性が大きい程高くされる請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記駆動力源の出力の抑制量は、前記変速部での変速の必要性が大きい程高くされる請求項1乃至4のいずれか1に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記変速部での変速の必要性が大きい時とは、前記電動機の温度、又は前記変速部での作動油の温度の上昇が早い時である請求項4または5に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記変速部での変速の必要性が大きい時とは、前記電動機の温度、又は前記変速部での作動油の温度が上限温度付近である請求項4乃至6のいずれか1に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記車両用駆動装置を構成する回転要素が許容回転速度を超える時とは、前記回転要素の少なくとも1つが許容回転速度を超える時である請求項1乃至7のいずれか1に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記車両用駆動装置を構成する回転要素が許容回転速度を超える時とは、前記車両用駆動装置を構成する回転要素間の相対回転速度が許容回転速度を超える時である請求項1乃至8のいずれか1に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記車両用駆動装置を構成する回転要素の許容回転速度は、前記差動部の回転要素に連結された電動機が許容回転速度を超えない回転速度である請求項1乃至9のいずれか1に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記車両用駆動装置を構成する回転要素の許容回転速度は、前記差動部の回転要素に連結された駆動力源として機能する第2電動機が高回転とならない回転速度である請求項1乃至10のいずれか1に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記車両用駆動装置を構成する回転要素の許容回転速度は、前記差動部を構成するピニオンギヤの相対回転速度が高回転とならない回転速度である請求項1乃至11のいずれか1に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記車両用駆動装置を構成する回転要素の許容回転速度は、前記変速部の入力系の回転部材が高回転とならない回転速度である請求項1乃至12のいずれか1に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記電気式差動部は、前記電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより無段変速機として作動するものである請求項1乃至13のいずれか1に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記変速部は、有段の自動変速部であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至14のいずれか1に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
