Claims (3)
- エンジン(1)の状態および基本燃料噴射時間が対応付けられた燃料噴射制御マップ(30)を、燃料に含まれるアルコール濃度に応じて複数記憶する記憶手段(26)と、
排気管(4)に配設され、排気ガス中の酸素濃度を検出する酸素濃度センサ(15)と、
前記基本燃料噴射時間を、前記記憶手段(26)に記憶された複数の前記燃料噴射制御マップ(30)のうち、現在選択されているアルコール濃度の前記燃料噴射制御マップ(30)を用いて決定する基本燃料噴射時間決定手段(22)と、
前記酸素濃度センサ(15)からの検出値により、前記エンジン(1)の空燃比が目標空燃比になるように前記基本燃料噴射時間を補正するための空燃比補正係数を決定する空燃比補正係数決定手段(24)と、
前記基本燃料噴射時間決定手段(22)により決定された前記基本燃料噴射時間、および、前記空燃比補正係数決定手段(24)により決定された前記空燃比補正係数により、燃料噴射量を決定する燃料噴射量決定手段(25)と、
前記空燃比補正係数から、前記燃料のアルコール濃度に近いアルコール濃度の前記燃料噴射制御マップ(30)を選択するマップ切替手段(21)とを有し、
前記空燃比補正係数決定手段(24)は、前記空燃比補正係数を積分的に平均処理することで決定された今回の空燃比補正係数をKo2n、前回求められた学習平均値をKrefn−1、所定の平均化係数をβとしたときに、今回の学習平均値Krefnを次式
Krefn = β・Ko2n + (1−β)・Krefn−1
により所定の時間繰り返して求めることで、前記学習平均値Krefを更新するように構成され、
前記マップ切替手段(21)は、
前記空燃比補正係数決定手段(24)により最終的に求められた前記学習平均値Krefの値が所定の上限値を超えているときは、より高いアルコール濃度に対応した燃料噴射制御マップ(30)に切り替え、
前記学習平均値Krefの値が所定の下限値以下のときは、より低いアルコール濃度に対応した燃料噴射制御マップ(30)に切り替え、
前記学習平均値Krefの値が前記所定の下限値より大きく且つ前記所定の上限値以下のときは、燃料噴射制御マップ(30)の切り替えを行わない制御を行うように構成され、
前記記憶手段(26)が、少なくとも3つ以上の異なるアルコール濃度に対応した前記複数の燃料噴射制御マップ(30)を記憶しており、
前記複数の燃料噴射制御マップ(30)のうちで、最も低いアルコール濃度に対応した低濃度燃料噴射制御マップ(30)には低濃度マップ上限値が設定され、最も高いアルコール濃度に対応した高濃度燃料噴射制御マップ(30)には高濃度マップ下限値が設定され、且つ、前記最も低いアルコール濃度よりも高く前記最も高いアルコール濃度よりも低いアルコール濃度に対応した1又は複数の中間濃度燃料噴射制御マップ(30)には中間濃度マップ下限値および中間濃度マップ上限値が設定されており、
前記低濃度燃料噴射制御マップ(30)における前記低濃度マップ上限値は、前記中間濃度燃料噴射制御マップ(30)に設定された前記中間濃度マップ上限値以上の値に設定され、
前記高濃度燃料噴射制御マップ(30)における前記高濃度マップ下限値は、前記中間濃度燃料噴射制御マップ(30)に設定された前記中間濃度マップ下限値よりも小さい値に設定されていることを特徴とする多種類燃料エンジン用燃料噴射制御装置。 - 吸気管(3)に配設され、吸気圧を検出する吸気管絶対圧センサ(12)と、
エンジン回転数を検出するエンジン回転数検出手段(16)とを有し、
前記エンジン(1)の状態として、前記吸気圧と前記エンジン回転数とから決定される空気量に基づいて前記基本燃料噴射時間を決定するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多種類燃料エンジン用燃料噴射制御装置。 - スロットルバルブ(5)のスロットル開度を検出するスロットル開度センサ(11)を有し、
前記記憶手段(26)が、前記アルコール濃度毎に、吸気圧およびエンジン回転数と基本燃料噴射時間とが対応付けられた前記燃料噴射制御マップ(30)であるPbマップ(31)と、スロットル開度およびエンジン回転数と基本燃料噴射時間とが対応付けられた前記燃料噴射制御マップ(30)であるスロットルマップ(32)との燃料噴射制御マップの組(40)を有し、
アルコール濃度に応じて選択された前記Pbマップ(31)および前記スロットルマップ(32)のうち、アイドリング時、定速時、緩やかな加・減速時、及び低負荷時には前記Pbマップ(31)を選択し、急加速・急減速時、高負荷時には前記スロットルマップ(32)を選択して用いるように構成され、前記選択されたマップが前記記憶手段(26)に記憶されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多種類燃料エンジン用燃料噴射制御装置。
