Claims (4)
- 基台に装着された型装置によってバネ素材を塑性加工してバネ製品とする製造エリアと、型装置を基台から脱着して交換する型装置交換エリアと、型装置が装着された基台を製造エリアと型装置交換エリアとの間で搬送する型装置搬送手段とを有し、
前記型装置は、バネ素材を流体圧によって曲げ加工する複数の成形ユニットを備え、
前記基台は、前記型装置の備える成形ユニットに圧力流体を供給するとともに、前記成形ユニットの夫々に対して着脱可能に設けられた流体圧ラインを備え、
前記基台の前記型装置への流体圧ラインの脱着および装着は、前記型装置交換エリアにおいて行うことを特徴とするバネ製品製造ライン。 - 前記型装置搬送手段は、基台に装着された型装置を複数台載置可能な台車と、前記台車が走行する走行路とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバネ製品製造ライン。
- 前記製造エリアで製造されたバネ製品を焼入れ、焼き戻しする熱処理手段を備える請求項1又は2に記載のバネ製品製造ライン。
- 前記製造エリアで製造されるバネ製品は自動車用スタビライザバーである請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のバネ製品製造ライン。
