Claims (8)
- マルチプルフロー熱交換器(1)、特に、ガス冷却器であって、反対方向の流体(13)によって通過可能な、少なくとも2つの流れ(2,3)を備え、流れ(2,3)はそれぞれ、通路(4)の間にサンドイッチ式に配置された薄板(5)を備えてなる、複数の平行な通路(4)のグループを備え、流体(13)の方向を反転させる偏向ポケット(6)が、熱交換器(1)における第1の前側(1.1)に配置され、第1の流れ(2)のための流体分配器(7)と、第2の流れ(3)のための流体収集器(8)とが、熱交換器(1)における上記第1の前側(1.1)と水平方向に対向する第2の前側(1.2)に互いに隣接して配置され、上記熱交換器において、隣接する流れ(2,3)のための、それぞれ異なる流体温度をもった、隣接通路(4.1)が、互いに熱的に分離され、上記隣接通路(4.1)の間に配置された薄板(5.1)は、横断延長部において、少なくとも部分的にスロット(10)を備え、このスロット(10)は、温度差による熱損失が最大となる上記流体分配器(7)及び上記流体収集器(8)の領域に上記通路(4)の長手方向と平行に延びるように設けられ、このスロット(10)によって、空気の隙間にて分離された2つの対向する薄板半体が存在し、上記スロット(10)は、上記隣接通路(4.1)間における伝導熱伝達を防止することを特徴とするマルチプルフロー熱交換器。
- マルチプルフロー熱交換器(1)において、隣接する流れ(2,3)のための、それぞれ異なる流体温度をもった、隣接通路(4.1)の熱的な分離のために、元来の薄板(5)に代えて、断熱材(9)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマルチプルフロー熱交換器。
- マルチプルフロー熱交換器(1)において、隣接する流れ(2,3)のための、それぞれ異なる流体温度をもった、隣接通路(4.1)の熱的な分離のために、通路(4.1)の間に配置された薄板(5.1)は、横断延長部において、残余の薄板(5)とは異なった、構造的な高さ及び/又は材料の厚みを有していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のマルチプルフロー熱交換器。
- マルチプルフロー熱交換器(1)において、隣接する流れ(2,3)のための、それぞれ異なる流体温度をもった、隣接通路(4.1)の熱的な分離のために、少なくともひとつのこれらの通路(4.1)に、断熱材保護層(11)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載のマルチプルフロー熱交換器。
- マルチプルフロー熱交換器(1)において、隣接する流れ(2,3)のための、それぞれ異なる流体温度をもった、隣接通路(4.1)の熱的な分離のために、これらの通路(4.1)のうちのひとつは、めくら通路(12)として確立され、または、少なくともひとつの波よけ板又はめくら板(15)のそれぞれを使用することで、冷媒流体のために機能しないことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のマルチプルフロー熱交換器。
- マルチプルフロー熱交換器(1)において、隣接する流れ(2,3)のための、それぞれ異なる流体温度をもった、隣接通路(4.1)の間の構造的空間における熱的な分離は、薄板が無いことで確立されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマルチプルフロー熱交換器。
- マルチプルフロー熱交換器(1)において、熱交換器(1)として、凝縮器、放熱器、又は、蒸発器が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載のマルチプルフロー熱交換器。
- マルチプルフロー熱交換器(1)において、流体(13)として、CO2の冷媒が提供されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載のマルチプルフロー熱交換器。
