Description
即ち、本発明の膜分離方法は、供給液を逆浸透膜モジュールに供給して透過液と濃縮液とを得る膜分離方法において、前記供給液を膜面が監視可能な供給側分離膜に導いて膜分離を行うと共に、前記濃縮液を膜面が監視可能な濃縮側分離膜に導いて膜分離を行うことを特徴とする。
(1)前述の実施形態では、供給側膜分離手段及び濃縮側膜分離手段として、全量ろ過タイプの分離膜セルを用いる例を示したが、本発明では、図2に示すようなクロスフロータイプの分離膜セルを、供給側膜分離手段及び濃縮側膜分離手段の少なくとも一方に用いることも可能である。クロスフロータイプの分離膜セルを用いることで、膜面の目詰まりなどを防止して、長期間にわたって供給液の監視を行うことができる。

Claims (6)
- 供給液を逆浸透膜モジュールに供給して透過液と濃縮液とを得る膜分離方法において、
前記供給液を膜面が監視可能な供給側分離膜に導いて膜分離を行うと共に、
前記濃縮液を膜面が監視可能な濃縮側分離膜に導いて膜分離を行うことを特徴とする膜分離方法。 - 前記濃縮側分離膜は平均孔径1μm以下の平膜であり、その平膜の供給側流路が透明材料で形成されている請求項1記載の膜分離方法。
- 前記供給側分離膜の透過流量を計測すると共に、前記濃縮側分離膜の透過流量を計測し、両者の透過流量の関係からスケール生成の有無を判断する請求項1又は2に記載の膜分離方法。
- 供給液を供給して透過液と濃縮液とを得る逆浸透膜モジュールを備える膜分離装置において、
膜面が監視可能な分離膜を有し、前記供給液を導いて膜分離を行う供給側膜分離手段と、
膜面が監視可能な分離膜を有し、前記濃縮液を導いて膜分離を行う濃縮側膜分離手段とを設けたことを特徴とする膜分離装置。 - 前記濃縮側膜分離手段の分離膜は平均孔径1μm以下の平膜であり、その平膜の供給側流路が透明材料で形成されている請求項4記載の膜分離装置。
- 前記供給側膜分離手段の透過流量を計測する供給側流量計測手段と、前記濃縮側膜分離手段の透過流量を計測する濃縮側流量計測手段とを更に設けた請求項4又は5に記載の膜分離装置。
