Claims (10)
- 水浄化のための電解装置であって、電極としてのカソードおよびアノードと、カソードとアノードとの間に配置され、少なくとも環状に取り巻くように縁部領域で保持されるイオン交換膜と、多数の供給部および排出部とを備える形式のものにおいて、前記電解装置が、独立セルの構造形式で構成されており、2つの半シェルから形成され、半シェルの最も外側の縁部が、環状に取り巻くフランジとして形成されており、該フランジに、環状に取り巻くエッジに続いて、セル背壁を縁取りするセル縁部が接続し、電極がウェブによりそれぞれのセル背壁に固定されており、ウェブに対向して、電極のイオン交換膜側に、イオン交換膜の固定および入力のためのスペーサが配置されており、これにより、電極と、それぞれの電極とイオン交換膜との間に形成されるアノード室およびカソード室とが、複数の平行なコンパートメントに分割されており、各コンパートメントに少なくとも1つの供給部および少なくとも1つの排出部が前記セル縁部に配設されていることを特徴とする、水浄化のための電解装置。
- 供給部および排出部が、イオン交換膜から見て電極の後に配置されている、請求項1記載の水浄化のための電解装置。
- セル背壁と電極との間の室が、90%超、不活性の材料で充填されており、その結果、水が規定どおりの運転中、僅かな縁部流動を除いて、アノード室およびカソード室内に導入される、請求項1または2記載の水浄化のための電解装置。
- 電極の上下のエッジが、セル縁部に対して最小で0.5mm、最大で5mmの間隔を有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の水浄化のための電解装置。
- カソードが、供給部もしくは排出部に対向して位置する上下のエッジに、開口または切欠きを備える、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の水浄化のための電解装置。
- アノードがエキスパンドメタルとして、カソードが平坦なプレートとして形成されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の水浄化のための電解装置。
- 当該電解装置がフィルタプレスの構造形式で構成されており、相並んだ多数の独立セルからなり、各独立セルが、アノード室およびカソード室ならびにその間に位置するダイアフラムまたはイオン交換膜を備え、隣のセルに対して双極性のセル背壁により閉鎖されている、請求項1記載の水浄化のための電解装置。
- アノード室およびカソード室の上下に配置されているシール材料が、供給部および排出部がこのシール材料を貫いて案内可能であるように成形されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の水浄化のための電解装置。
- 前記シール材料は、供給部および排出部がこのシール材料に螺設可能であるように成形されている、請求項8記載の水浄化のための電解装置。
- イオン交換膜からの垂直な電極間隔が、5mm〜1.5mmである、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の水浄化のための電解装置。
