Description
Claims (15)
- 原料を収容するシリンダと、シリンダ内を移動可能なピストンと、シリンダ内に湯を供給する給湯管と、シリンダ内において抽出した飲料を流出させる抽出管とを備えた飲料抽出装置において、
前記シリンダ内において抽出した飲料を所定の第1の開口径を有する抽出孔を介して抽出管に流通させる第1の抽出流路と、
シリンダ内において抽出した飲料を第1の開口径よりも小さい所定の第2の開口径を有する抽出孔を介して抽出管に飲料を流通させる第2の抽出流路と、
第1の抽出流路と第2の抽出流路とをピストンの移動によって切換可能な流路切換手段とを備え、
前記ピストンに、抽出管内を移動自在に抽出管内に挿入され、内部に抽出流路を有するピストンロッドを設け、
流路切換手段を、周面に第1の開口径を有する飲料流出孔が設けられたピストンロッドと、互いに抽出管の中心軸方向に間隔をおいて設けられ、抽出管の内周面とピストンロッドの外周面との隙間を密閉する一対のシールリングと、飲料流出孔から流出する飲料を各シールリング間から各シールリング間の下流側の抽出管に流通させる第2の開口径を有する連通流路とから構成した
ことを特徴とする飲料抽出装置。 - 原料を収容するシリンダと、シリンダ内を移動可能なピストンと、シリンダ内に湯を供給する給湯管と、シリンダ内において抽出した飲料を流出させる抽出管とを備えた飲料抽出装置において、
前記シリンダ内において抽出した飲料を所定の第1の開口径を有する抽出孔を介して抽出管に流通させる第1の抽出流路と、
シリンダ内において抽出した飲料を第1の開口径よりも小さい所定の第2の開口径を有する抽出孔を介して抽出管に飲料を流通させる第2の抽出流路と、
第1の抽出流路と第2の抽出流路とをピストンの移動によって切換可能な流路切換手段とを備え、
前記ピストンに、抽出管内を移動自在に抽出管内に挿入され、内部に抽出流路を有するピストンロッドを設け、
流路切換手段を、周面に第1の開口径を有する飲料流出孔が設けられたピストンロッドと、抽出管の管内に設けられ、抽出管の内周面との間に隙間を有する円筒状の流路切換部材と、抽出管の内周面と流路切換部材の外周面との隙間を密閉する第1のシールリングと、流路切換部材の内周面の中心軸方向両端側に設けられ、流路切換部材の内周面とピストンロッドの外周面との隙間を密閉する一対の第2のシールリングと、流路切換部材に設けられ、飲料流出孔から流出する飲料を流路切換部材の内周面側の各第2のシールリング間から流路切換部材の外周面側の第1のシールリングの下流側に流通させる第2の開口径を有する連通孔とから構成した
ことを特徴とする飲料抽出装置。 - 前記ピストンと対向するように設けられ、シリンダ内においてピストンとの間で原料を圧縮する原料圧縮ピストンと、
ピストンが固定され、ピストンに対して原料圧縮ピストンがシリンダの中心軸方向に移動自在に連結されたフレームと、
原料圧縮ピストンをピストンから離れる方向に付勢するピストン付勢手段と、
フレームに螺合するように設けられ、フレームに対して回転することにより、フレームをシリンダの中心軸方向に移動させる駆動シャフトと、
フレームの原料圧縮ピストン側への移動により、ピストン付勢手段の付勢力に抗して原料圧縮ピストンをフレームに対してピストン側に移動させてシリンダ内の原料を圧縮する原料圧縮機構とを備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の飲料抽出装置。 - 前記原料圧縮機構を、シリンダの中心軸方向に移動自在に設けられ、フレームと共に移動する原料圧縮ピストンが接触する原料圧縮部材と、原料圧縮部材を介して原料圧縮ピストンにフレームに対してピストン側への付勢力を付与する原料圧縮付勢手段とから構成した
ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の飲料抽出装置。 - シリンダのピストン側の端部に、ピストンを挿抜可能な開口部を設け、
ピストンをシリンダの開口部から抜き出すとともに、原料圧縮ピストンをシリンダの開口部まで移動させ、駆動シャフトとともに回転する原料滓排出板によって飲料抽出後の原料滓を払い落とす原料滓排出手段を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項3または4記載の飲料抽出装置。 - 前記シリンダをシリンダの中心軸が水平方向を向くように配置し、
シリンダの周面の上部に、シリンダ内に原料を投入する原料投入口を設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項3乃至5の何れか一項に記載の飲料抽出装置。 - 前記シリンダの少なくとも一部を交換することにより、投入される原料の外形寸法及び形状等の種類に応じて原料投入口の開口部の大きさを変更可能に構成した
ことを特徴とする請求項6記載の飲料抽出装置。 - 前記第1の抽出流路から抽出管に飲料を流通させるピストンの位置における原料を圧縮する力を、第2の抽出流路から抽出管に飲料を流通させるピストンの位置における原料を圧縮する力よりも小さくなるように構成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の飲料抽出装置。 - 前記シリンダ内に投入された原料を、ピストンによって所定の第1の圧縮力で圧縮し、原料を蒸らすための湯をシリンダ内に供給してから所定時間経過後にピストンによって第1の圧縮力よりも大きい所定の第2の圧縮力で圧縮する圧縮力制御手段を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の飲料抽出装置。 - 前記駆動シャフトを回転させる電動のモータと、
モータに流れる電流値を検出する電流値検出手段とを備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項4記載の飲料抽出装置。 - 前記ピストンに、抽出液を濾過するフィルタを設け、
ピストンロッドの抽出流路の端部の近傍を除くフィルタの全面に、飲料が通過する飲料流出孔を設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の飲料抽出装置。 - 前記シリンダの下方に、シリンダ内に供給する湯を生成するボイラを配置した
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の飲料抽出装置。 - 前記シリンダに原料を投入する際のピストンと原料圧縮ピストンとの間の距離を、シリンダに投入する原料の量に応じて変更可能なピストン移動手段を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項6記載の飲料抽出装置。 - 前記ピストン移動手段を、原料圧縮ピストンとシリンダ内面との間に働く摩擦力よりも小さい付勢力に設定されたピストン付勢手段を用いることによって、シリンダ内において原料圧縮ピストンに対してピストンを移動させるように構成した
ことを特徴とする請求項13記載の飲料抽出装置。 - 前記シリンダのピストン側の端部に、ピストンを挿抜可能とするとともに、原料を投入可能な開口部を設け、
シリンダに原料を投入する際の原料圧縮ピストンとシリンダの開口部との距離を、シリンダに投入する原料の量に応じて変更可能なピストン移動手段を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項3または4記載の飲料抽出装置。
