Description
Claims (7)
- 末端部、基端部、長手方向軸、第1の内腔、および第2の内腔を含むカテーテル・チューブであって、前記第1の内腔および前記第2の内腔は、前記長手方向軸に沿って前記カテーテル・チューブを通って延び、該第1の内腔は該末端部側に位置づけられた第1の開口部を有し、該第2の内腔は該末端部側に位置づけられた第2の開口部を有しており、前記第1の内腔の前記第1の開口部は、前記カテーテル・チューブの前記末端部から前記長手方向軸方向において前記基端部側に離間配置されている、カテーテル・チューブと、
前記カテーテル・チューブに付けられたハブであって、前記第1の内腔の前記第1の開口部、前記第2の内腔の前記第2の開口部、および前記カテーテルの前記末端部が前記ハブ内に配置されている、ハブと、
を備え、
前記第1の内腔および前記第2の内腔は、前記長手方向軸に沿って延びる内壁により仕切られて分離され、かつ、周りが外壁で囲まれ、
該外壁は、前記末端部から前記基端部の方向に延びる切り取り部を有し、該切り取り部の基端部側に、前記第1の内腔の前記第1の開口部が位置づけられ、該切り取り部の両側に、前記内壁から延びる該外壁の部分を有し、
該切り取り部の両側に位置する前記第1の内腔の前記第1の開口部に近接した前記外壁の部分は、該内壁から所定の高さを有する側壁を形成する
ことを特徴とする末梢穿刺中心静脈カテーテル。 - 前記第1の内腔の前記第1の開口部は、前記第2の内腔の前記第2の開口部から前記長手方向軸方向に離間配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の末梢穿刺中心静脈カテーテル。
- 前記第1の内腔の前記第1の開口部および前記第2の内腔の前記第2の開口部は、前記長手方向軸に沿って前記カテーテル・チューブの前記末端部から均等に離間配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の末梢穿刺中心静脈カテーテル。
- 前記ハブは、前記カテーテル・チューブの前記末端部に付けられた、強化された端部接合部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の末梢穿刺中心静脈カテーテル。
- 前記ハブに付けられ、かつ、前記第1の内腔の前記第1の開口部への流体移送のために前記第1の内腔につなげられた第1の延長脚部と、前記ハブに付けられ、かつ、前記第2の内腔の前記第2の開口部への流体移送のために前記第2の内腔につなげられた第2の延長脚部とをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の末梢穿刺中心静脈カテーテル。
- 前記側壁の前記高さは、前記長手方向軸に直交する断面における前記内壁の断面長さの約半分以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の末梢穿刺中心静脈カテーテル。
- 前記カテーテル・チューブは、前記ハブ内に配置された湾曲部を含み、該湾曲部は、前記長手方向軸の方向において、前記第1の内腔の前記第1の開口部と前記第2の内腔の前記第2の開口部との間に位置づけられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の末梢穿刺中心静脈カテーテル。
