Description
Claims (16)
- その中の貯蔵流体の出口を組み込んでいるネック部、を有する加圧流体シリンダであって、
前記ネック部が、反応部材を備えた着脱可能な弁アクチュエータを受け入れるようになっており、
前記出口が、シリンダの内容物の漏出を防止するように動作可能な釣合弁を、装着する穴を、組み込んでおり、
前記アクチュエータの取り付け時に、前記釣合弁が、前記反応部材によって係合されて、開いて、前記流体の通過を可能にするようになっている、ことを特徴とする、加圧流体シリンダ。 - 前記穴が、前記シリンダに直接形成されている、請求項1記載の加圧流体シリンダ。
- 前記穴が、前記シリンダの前記出口に装着されているアダプタに形成されている、請求項1記載の加圧流体シリンダ。
- 前記アダプタが、外側のフランジを有しており、そのフランジは、装着されると、前記ネック部の上面を圧迫し、それにより、前記アダプタを前記シリンダに対して配置する、請求項3記載の加圧流体シリンダ。
- 前記アダプタに、前記シリンダ内の超過圧力を排出するように作動可能な過圧装置が、取り付けられている、請求項3又は4のいずれか一つに記載の加圧流体シリンダ。
- 前記穴の外側のリムが、直立したリムを有しており、
前記過圧装置が、前記リムを越える前記領域内に、前記アダプタの外面に配置された弁の出口を有しており、これにより、付属品が前記シリンダに取り付けられた場合に、前記領域が、超過圧力を解放できる解放開口を画定する、請求項5記載の加圧流体シリンダ。 - 前記穴が、その外端の幅広部分とその内端の幅狭部分とを有する、段差付きの穴であり、前記釣合弁が、前記幅狭部分に装着されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の加圧流体シリンダ。
- 前記釣合弁の全体が、前記穴内に配置されている、請求項7記載の加圧流体シリンダ。
- 前記釣合弁が、弁ハウジング、チャンバ、通路、弁座、弁部材、及び付勢手段を、備えており、
弁ハウジングが、弁部材の少なくとも一部を収容するチャンバを提供しており、
前記チャンバが、前記弁の第1側又は高圧側の少なくとも一部を形成しており、
通路が、前記チャンバから、前記弁の第2側又は低圧側に至っており、
弁座が、前記通路内にあり、
前記弁部材が、弁座と共働する座面を有しており、(a)前記座面を、前記チャンバ内に、且つ、前記弁座から、移動させて、弁を開くために、第1方向において、及び、(b)前記座面を前記弁座に向けて移動させて、弁を閉じるために、第2方向すなわち反対方向において、それぞれ、移動可能であり、
付勢手段が、前記弁部材を前記第2方向に付勢するようになっており、
弁ハウジングが、弁の軸に対して横方向に延び、且つ、前記通路から間隔を空けている、シュラウドを、弁の低圧側に、提供しており、それにより、前記通路から進んで来る全てのガスを偏向させるようになっており、
弁ハウジングが、前記通路から流れ出るガスを通過させるために、弁ハウジングの側方における1つ以上の開口部に通じる、1つ以上の横方向の通路を、前記シュラウドによって画定している、請求項7又は8のいずれか一つに記載の加圧流体シリンダ。 - 前記弁ハウジングが、前記開口部が前記幅広部分内に開くことができる範囲にまで、前記穴の前記幅広部分内に突き出ている、請求項9記載の加圧流体シリンダ。
- 前記シュラウドが、中央開口を有しており、前記弁部材の中央軸延長部が、滑りばめとして、中央開口を通って延びており、それにより、前記弁部材が軸方向の動作に対して確実に案内される、請求項12又は13のいずれか一つに記載の加圧流体シリンダ。
- 前記段差付きの穴の前記幅広部分が、前記シリンダに付属品を取り付けるための手段を組み込んでいる、請求項7〜11のいずれか一つに記載の加圧流体シリンダ。
- 前記取付手段が、前記穴の前記幅広部分の壁に形成された、内側ねじを、備えている、請求項12記載の加圧流体シリンダ。
- 前記取付手段が、簡易嵌合コネクタを備えている、請求項12記載の加圧流体シリンダ。
- 付属品が取り付けられている、請求項12〜14のいずれか一つに記載の加圧流体シリンダを、備えており、前記付属品が、前記弁アクチュエータを備えており、且つ、前記段差付きの穴の前記幅広部分の前記取付手段と共働する、取付手段を、有していることを特徴とする、加圧流体シリンダアセンブリ。
- 前記付属品が、
ばねで負荷が掛けられた反応部材を備えた、弁アクチュエータと、
前記釣合弁によって加えられる出力圧力が、前記ばねによって加えられる推力により設定された圧力に、調整されるように、前記反応部材を、前記釣合弁に機械的に接続して作動させる、手段と、を備えている、請求項15記載の加圧流体シリンダアセンブリ。
