Description
レーザ光源からのレーザ光の照射位置を患者眼角膜上で移動可能なレーザ照射光学系と、患者眼の前眼部像を照明する照明光学系及び該照明光学系により照明された前眼部像を撮像する撮像カメラを持ち、該撮像カメラにより撮像された前眼部像の虹彩模様パターンに基づいて手術中の眼球回旋を含む患者眼の位置変化を検知する眼位置変化検知ユニットと、を備え、前記眼位置変化検知ユニットの検知結果に基づいてレーザ照射光学系により照射されるレーザ光の照射位置を患者眼の動きに追尾させ、レーザ光の照射により角膜を所期する形状にアブレーションする角膜手術装置において、前記撮像カメラで撮像される前眼部像の輝度情報に基づいて虹彩模様及び虹彩模様の背景となる虹彩組織を抽出し、虹彩組織の輝度情報が飽和状態とならない範囲で、前記照明光学系の照明光量又は前記撮像カメラのゲインの少なくとも一方の設定値を増減させるコントラスト調整手段であって、前記照明光学系の照明光量又は前記撮像カメラのゲインの少なくとも一方の設定値を増加方向又は減少方向に変化させ、前記抽出された虹彩模様と虹彩組織との輝度差が最大又は所定の基準を上回るように前記設定値を調整するコントラスト調整手段と、を備えることを特徴とする。

Claims (1)
- レーザ光源からのレーザ光の照射位置を患者眼角膜上で移動可能なレーザ照射光学系と、患者眼の前眼部像を照明する照明光学系及び該照明光学系により照明された前眼部像を撮像する撮像カメラを持ち、該撮像カメラにより撮像された前眼部像の虹彩模様パターンに基づいて手術中の眼球回旋を含む患者眼の位置変化を検知する眼位置変化検知ユニットと、を備え、前記眼位置変化検知ユニットの検知結果に基づいてレーザ照射光学系により照射されるレーザ光の照射位置を患者眼の動きに追尾させ、レーザ光の照射により角膜を所期する形状にアブレーションする角膜手術装置において、
前記撮像カメラで撮像される前眼部像の輝度情報に基づいて虹彩模様及び虹彩模様の背景となる虹彩組織を抽出し、虹彩組織の輝度情報が飽和状態とならない範囲で、前記照明光学系の照明光量又は前記撮像カメラのゲインの少なくとも一方の設定値を増減させるコントラスト調整手段であって、前記照明光学系の照明光量又は前記撮像カメラのゲインの少なくとも一方の設定値を増加方向又は減少方向に変化させ、前記抽出された虹彩模様と虹彩組織との輝度差が最大又は所定の基準を上回るように前記設定値を調整するコントラスト調整手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする角膜手術装置。
