Description
(1)板状の還元鉄を、粒径が1〜10mmの炭材と共にプレス成型して、前記還元鉄の面と面との間に空隙を形成させて、該空隙に前記炭材が挟み込まれた、還元鉄の粒状物からなることを特徴とする高炉装入用の炭材内装還元鉄。
(2)高炉原料として、コークス、酸化鉄系原料、還元鉄系原料を用いる際に、還元鉄系原料の一部または全部として(1)に記載の炭材内装還元鉄を用いることを特徴とする高炉操業方法。

Claims (2)
- 板状の還元鉄を、粒径が1〜10mmの炭材と共にプレス成型して、前記還元鉄の面と面との間に空隙を形成させて、該空隙に前記炭材が挟み込まれた、還元鉄の粒状物からなることを特徴とする高炉装入用の炭材内装還元鉄。
- 高炉原料として、コークス、酸化鉄系原料、還元鉄系原料を用いる際に、還元鉄系原料の一部または全部として請求項1に記載の炭材内装還元鉄を用いることを特徴とする高炉操業方法。
