Description
Claims (3)
- 素体内にコイル状の内部導体を備えた積層インダクタの製造方法であって、
前記内部導体の一部となる導体パターンが形成された磁性体シート及び非磁性体シートを準備する準備工程と、
前記非磁性体シートにおける前記導体パターンの内側の領域に磁性体層を形成する磁性体層形成工程と、
前記磁性体層が形成された前記非磁性体シートと前記磁性体シートとを交互に重ね合わせた部分を含む積層体を形成する積層体形成工程と、
前記積層体を焼成することにより、前記磁性体層の構成成分と前記非磁性体シートの構成成分とを相互拡散させ、前記非磁性体シートにおける前記導体パターンの内側の領域に磁性体となる相互拡散層を形成すると共に、前記非磁性体シートにおける前記相互拡散層よりも外側の領域に非磁性体層を形成し、前記導体パターンと同層かつ外側の領域に磁性体層を形成する焼成工程と、を備えたことを特徴とする積層インダクタの製造方法。 - 前記磁性体層形成工程において、Zn成分を含有する非磁性体シートにNi成分を含有する磁性体層を形成し、
前記焼成工程において、前記磁性体層のNi成分と前記非磁性体シートのZn成分とを相互拡散させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の積層インダクタの製造方法。 - 前記積層体形成工程において、前記磁性体シートと前記非磁性体シートとを複数段に重ね合わせることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の積層インダクタの製造方法。
