Description
既設の保温構造としては、図1及び図2に示すような配管構造1を用いた。この配管構造1は、屋外に設置され、約3カ月間、温水の輸送に使用されていた。配管10は、外径が約200mmである炭素鋼製の円筒状構造体であり、略水平に延びるよう設置されていた。

- 被保温体と、
前記被保温体を覆う保温材と、
を有する既設の保温構造を補修する方法であって、
前記保温材を、その熱伝導率が前記保温材のそれよりも低い断熱性、水蒸気透過性及び非透水性を備えた補修材で覆う
ことを特徴とする保温構造の補修方法。 - 前記既設の保温構造は、
内部に流体が流通する配管である前記被保温体と、
前記配管の外周を覆う前記保温材と、
を有する既設の配管構造であって、
前記保温材の外周を前記補修材で覆う
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載された保温構造の補修方法。 - 前記既設の配管構造は、前記保温材の外周を覆う金属製の外装材をさらに有し、
前記外装材に、前記保温材からの水蒸気を逃がすための貫通穴を形成し、
前記貫通穴が形成された前記外装材の外周を前記補修材で覆う
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載された保温構造の補修方法。 - 前記外装材のうち上方側部分に前記貫通穴を形成する
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載された保温構造の補修方法。 - 前記補修材は、エアロゲルが充填された繊維体である
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載された保温構造の補修方法。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載された補修方法により構築された
ことを特徴とする保温構造。
