Description
本発明に使用する式(1)の化合物、即ちベンゾトリアゾール型紫外線吸収剤は、平均粒径が200nm以下、より好ましくは150〜200nmのものを用いる。かかる粒径のものを用いることにより、高い紫外線防御効果を達成することができる。このようなベンゾトリアゾール型紫外線吸収剤としては、チバ・スペシャルティ・ケミカルズ社から、チノソーブ(TINOSORB)(登録商標)Mとして販売されているものが好適に用いられる。チノソーブ(登録商標)Mは、式(1)の化合物を平均粒径200nm以下に微細化した微粒子を50%含有する水分散液である。
1L容ビーカーに精製水500gを加え、ディスパーミキサーにて撹拌しながら、真球状シリカ(平均粒径3μm)[サンスフェア(登録商標):洞海化学工業社製]90gを加えた。これに、MBBT水分散体(有効成分50重量%)[チノソーブ(TINOSORB)(登録商標)M:チバ・スペシャルティケミカルズ社]10%水溶液を100g加え十分撹拌した。次に5%硫酸アルミニウム水溶液を100g加え、さらに撹拌した。その後、水酸化ナトリウム水溶液にて、PHを中性にしたのを確認後さらに撹拌を続けた。
1L容ビーカーに精製水500gを加え、ディスパーミキサーにて撹拌しながら、真球状シリカ(平均粒径3μm)[サンスフェア(登録商標):洞海化学工業社製]89.5gを加えた。これに、MBBT水分散体(有効成分50重量%)[チノソーブ(TINOSORB)(登録商標)M:チバ・スペシャルティケミカルズ社]14%水溶液を100g加え十分撹拌した。次に3.5%硫酸アルミニウム水溶液を100g加え、さらに撹拌した。その後、水酸化ナトリウム水溶液にて、PHを中性にしたのを確認後さらに撹拌を続けた。
以下実施例1と同様の方法で、目的のMBBTを約7重量%吸着した複合粉体 100gを得た。
1L容ビーカーに精製水500gを加え、ディスパーミキサーにて撹拌しながら、真球状シリカ(平均粒径3μm)[サンスフェア(登録商標):洞海化学工業社製]85gを加えた。これに、MBBT水分散体(有効成分50重量%)[チノソーブ(TINOSORB)(登録商標)M:チバ・スペシャルティケミカルズ社]20%水溶液を100g加え十分撹拌した。次に5%硫酸アルミニウム水溶液を100g加え、さらに撹拌した。その後、水酸化ナトリウム水溶液にて、PHを中性にしたのを確認後さらに撹拌を続けた。
以下実施例1と同様の方法で、目的のMBBTを約10重量%吸着した複合粉体 100gを得た。
1L容ビーカーに精製水500gを加え、ディスパーミキサーにて撹拌しながら、真球状シリカ(平均粒径3μm)[サンスフェア(登録商標):洞海化学工業社製]70gを加えた。これに、MBBT水分散体(有効成分50重量%)[チノソーブ(TINOSORB)(登録商標)M:チバ・スペシャルティケミカルズ社]40%水溶液を100g加え十分撹拌した。次に10%硫酸アルミニウム水溶液を100g加え、さらに撹拌した。その後、水酸化ナトリウム水溶液にて、PHを中性にしたのを確認後さらに撹拌を続けた。
以下実施例1と同様の方法で、目的のMBBTを約20重量%吸着した複合粉体100gを得た。

1L容ビーカーに精製水500gを加え、ディスパーミキサーにて撹拌しながら、真球状シリカ(平均粒径3μm)[サンスフェア(登録商標):洞海化学工業社製]98gを加えた。これに、2%硫酸アルミニウム水溶液を100g加え、さらに撹拌した。その後、水酸化ナトリウム水溶液にて、PHを中性にしたのを確認後さらに撹拌を続けた。
次いで、遠心脱水機にて脱水し、120℃にて10時間乾燥し、複合粉体 100gを得た。
1L容ビーカーに精製水500gを加え、ディスパーミキサーにて撹拌しながら、真球状シリカ(平均粒径3μm)[サンスフェア(登録商標):洞海化学工業社製]40gを加えた。これに、MBBT水分散体(有効成分50重量%)[チノソーブ(TINOSORB)(登録商標)M:チバ・スペシャルティケミカルズ社]80%水溶液を200g加え十分撹拌する。次に20%硫酸アルミニウム水溶液を100g加え、さらに撹拌した。その後、水酸化ナトリウム水溶液にて、PHを中性にしたのを確認後さらに撹拌を続けた。
以下実施例1と同様の方法で、複合粉体 100gを得た。
実施例1〜4および比較例1〜3で得られた複合粉体を複合粉体:トリオクタノインが重量比で3:7になるよう秤量し、ディスパーミキサーで3000rpm、10分間撹拌混合した。次いで、各分散液の吸光度を分光光度計(U−3010;日立製作所)を用いて280〜400nmの波長を測定した。
図1は、試験例1における測定結果を示している。
実施例1〜4および比較例1〜3で得られた複合粉体を複合粉体25重量%、ワセリン75重量%の割合で秤量し、乳鉢を用いて均一に混合する。次いで、トランスポアテープ(住友3M社製)に2mg/cm2になるよう均一に塗布し、SPF Analyzer UV-1000S(Labsphere社製)にてin-vitro SPF値の測定を行った。
パネラー5名によって、粉体の平滑感、きしみ、ざらつきなどの粉体の感触を以下に示す1〜5の<5段階評価>を行い、その平均点をさらに下記の<4段階評価>にて行った。
1.平滑感などの感触が悪い
2.平滑感などの感触がやや悪い
3.普通(未処理粉体と同等)
4.平滑感などの感触がややよい
5.平滑感などの感触がよい

× : 2点未満
1L容ビーカーに精製水500gを加え、ディスパーミキサーにて撹拌しながら、マイカ(平均粒径17μm)70gを加える。これに、MBBT水分散体(有効成分50重量%)[チノソーブ(TINOSORB)(登録商標)M:チバ・スペシャリティケミカルズ社]40%水溶液を100g加え十分撹拌した。次に10%硫酸アルミニウム水溶液を100g加え、さらに撹拌した。その後、水酸化ナトリウム水溶液にて、PHを中性にしたのを確認後さらに撹拌を続けた。
以下実施例1と同様の方法で、目的のMBBTを約20重量%吸着した複合粉体100gを得た。
実施例3で調製した複合粉体を用い、下記表2に示す組成の2ウェイケーキファンデーションを作製し、試験例2のin-vitro SPF測定、および試験例3の使用感触について評価を行った。結果を表2に示す。
粉体部(1)〜(7)を混合粉砕して、これをヘンシェルミキサーに移し、油相部(8)〜(11)を加えて均一になるよう撹拌混合し、その後アトマイザーにて粉砕した。これをアルミ皿にプレス成型して製品を得た。
得られたプレストパウダーは、in-vitro SPF値:17、使用感触に優れたプレストパウダーであった。
粉体部(1)〜(7)をヘンシェルミキサーにて混合し、均一に粉砕する。次ぎに油相部(8)〜(17)を加熱溶解し、粉体部を加え均一に撹拌した。脱泡後トレイにバルクを流し込み、室温まで徐冷し、目的の油性ケーキファンデーションを得た。
得られた油性ケーキファンデーションは、in-vitro SPF;20、使用感触に優れた油性ケーキファンデーションであった。
粉体部(12)〜(17)を予めヘンシェルミキサーにて混合する。全量が仕込める容器に油相部(1)〜(11)を秤量し、加熱溶解する。別の容器に水相部(18)〜(22)秤量し加熱溶解する。油相部に粉体部を加え均一に分散させ、水相部を加え乳化後、脱泡後モールドにバルクを流し込み、室温まで徐冷し、目的のスティックファンデーションを得た。
得られたスティックファンデーションは、in-vitro SPF;17、使用感触に優れたスティックファンデーションであった。
油相部(1)〜(11)に予めヘンシェルミキサーにて撹拌混合した粉体部(12)〜(15)を加え、撹拌機にて均一に分散した。別の容器に水相部(16)〜(20)を加熱溶解する。粉体部を分散させた油相部に水相部を加え乳化後、室温まで冷却し、目的のW/O乳化型ファンデーションを得た。得られたW/O乳化型ファンデーションは、in-vitro SPF;18、使用感触に優れたW/O乳化型ファンデーションであった。
粉体部(1)〜(5)をヘンシェルミキサーで混合し、これに加熱溶解した油相部(6)〜(9)を混合した、アトマイザーにて粉砕し、中皿に成型しほほ紅を得た。
得られた頬紅は、in-vitro SPF;25、使用感触に優れたほほ紅であった。
加熱溶解した油相部(1)〜(8)に(9)、(10)を加え、撹拌機にて均一に分散した。別の容器に加熱溶解した水相部(11)〜(14)を(1)〜(8)および(9)、(10)に加え乳化後、室温まで冷却し、目的のサンスクリーンクリームを得た。得られたサンスクリーンクリームは、in-vitro SPF;50、使用感触、透明性に優れたものであった。
(1)〜(13)を均一に溶解し、(14)〜(16)を加え、均一に分散させた。脱泡後、モールドに流し込み、冷却後、適当な容器に装着し、目的の口紅を得た。
得られた口紅は、in-vitro SPF;10の使用感触に優れた口紅であった。
(1)〜(7)を均一に溶解し、(8)〜(9)を加え、均一に分散させる。脱法後、適当な容器に流し込み、室温まで徐冷し、目的の毛穴隠し化粧下地を得た。
得られた毛穴隠し化粧下地は、in-vitro SPF;20、使用感触に優れたものであった。
粉体部(1)〜(7)を混合粉砕して、これをヘンシェルミキサーに移し、油相部(8)〜(11)を加えて均一になるよう撹拌混合し、その後アトマイザーにて粉砕した。これをアルミ皿にプレス成型して製品を得た。
得られたフェイスパウダーは、in-vitro SPF値:15、使用感触に優れたプレストパウダーであった。
Claims (4)
- 水性媒体中、Al、Mg、Ca、Zn、ZrおよびTiからなる群より選ばれる金属の水溶性塩の存在下で一次粉体、式(1)の化合物を混合し、一次粉体表面上に式(I)記載の化合物を配向吸着させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の複合粉体の製造方法。
- 請求項1の複合粉体を含有する化粧料。
- さらにメトキシケイヒ酸オクチルを含有する、請求項3記載の化粧料。
