Description
するとともに、クランプスリーブ34aの内側には、円筒部34a2およびフランジ部34a3が設けられる領域にわたって連続される締付け用の貫通孔34e1とを有している。また、円筒部34a2は、回転軸39と一体的に回転するロータリジョイント38の円筒状部38bの回転を許容する状態で円筒状部38bを囲繞している。なお、円筒状部38bは、クランプスリーブ34aの締め付け用の貫通孔34e1に挿入され、外周面で貫通孔34e1の内周面に隙間を残しながら対向している。

Claims (2)
- 割り出し用のモータ(33)により割り出し駆動される回転軸(39)と、前記回転軸(39)を収容する収容穴(31d)を有し、回転軸(39)を回転可能に支持するフレーム(31b)と、締め付け用の貫通孔(34e1)と外周周りに連続し圧力流体を供給する圧力室(34d)の一部を構成する環状溝(34a1)とを有し、前記フレーム(31b)の収容穴(31d)と前記回転軸(39)との間の空間に配置されて前記フレーム(31b)に対して一体に取付けられるクランプスリーブ(34a)とを具備し、
前記回転軸(39)とクランプスリーブ(34a)との間の空間には、クランプスリーブ(34a)の締め付け用の貫通孔(34e1)に対して半径方向に離間され、前記回転軸(39)の方向に平行に延在する受圧周面(38a5)を有する受圧円筒部(38a1)が、前記フレーム(31b)に対して一体に取付けられる一方、
前記回転軸(39)には、半径方向外側に向けて延在するフランジ部材(39b)が一体に設けられるとともに、クランプスリーブ(34a)の締め付け用の貫通孔(34e1)と前記受圧円筒部(38a1)との間の空間には、回転軸(39)に対して平行に延び、かつ撓み変形可能な円筒状部(38b)が前記フランジ部材(39b)に対して一体に取付けられることを特徴とする割出装置(100)。 - フレーム(31b)と一体の前記受圧円筒部(38a1)は、互いに半径方向に離間する状態で前記フレーム(31b)に取付けられる複数の受圧円筒部品(38a11、38a12)で構成され、フランジ部材(39b)と一体の円筒状部(38b)は、互いに半径方向に離間する状態で前記フランジ部材(39b)に取付けられる複数の撓み変形可能な円筒状部品(38b11、38b12)で構成されるとともに、複数の受圧円筒部品(38a11、38a12)と複数の撓み変形可能な円筒状部品(38b11、38b12)とは半径方向にわずかの隙間をおいて交互に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の割出装置(100)。
