Description
図21を併せて参照して、後輪用液圧発生手段17Rのシリンダ体20には一対のねじ部材161,161で前記取付け部材160が固着されており、該取付け部材160に前記マウントゴム156が装着される。またマウントゴム156に対応した位置で第2支持部材159にはウエルドナット162が固着される。而してマウントゴム156には、外側方に張り出す鍔部163aを一端に有するカラー163が前記鍔部163aを第2支持部材159に当接させるようにして挿通される。また前記カラー163を第2支持部材159との間に挟むようにして該カラー163の他端にワッシャ164が当接され、ワッシャ164およびカラー163に挿通されるボルト165が前記ウエルドナット162に螺合される。

Claims (3)
- ブレーキ操作子(15)の操作量を検出する操作量検出手段(34)と、前記ブレーキ操作子(15)の操作とは無関係に液圧を発生し得る液圧発生手段(17F)と、該液圧発生手段(17F)の出力液圧を調圧して車輪ブレーキ(BF)に作用せしめるべく前記液圧発生手段(17F)および車輪ブレーキ(BF)間に介設される調圧ユニット(18F)と、前記操作量検出手段(34)の検出値に基づいて前記調圧ユニット(18F)の作動を制御する制御ユニット(39)とを備える自動二輪車用ブレーキ装置において、車体フレーム(F)に搭載されるエンジン本体(51)のシリンダヘッド(52)の前面に接続されて該シリンダヘッド(52)から下方に延出される排気管(59)と、前記エンジン本体(51)との間に前記液圧発生手段(17F)が配置され、前記車体フレーム(F)がその前端に有するヘッドパイプ(45)から後下がりに延びて前記車体フレーム(F)の一部を構成するフレーム部材(46)と、前記エンジン本体(51)とに、前記液圧発生手段(17F)を支持する支持手段(93)が弾性部材(100,107,112)を介して支持されることを特徴とする自動二輪車用ブレーキ装置。
- 前記支持手段(93)の左右両端部が左右一対の前記フレーム部材(46)に弾性部材(100)を介して支持され、前記支持手段(93)の左右方向中間部が前記エンジン本体(51)に他の弾性部材(107,112)を介して支持されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の自動二輪車用ブレーキ装置。
- 前記支持手段(93)の左右両端部が、前記エンジン本体(51)との共締めによって左右一対の前記フレーム部材(46)に締結されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の自動二輪車用ブレーキ装置。
