Description
Claims (8)
- 互いにスライド可能な外筒シャフトと内筒シャフトとから構成されたカテーテルシャフトと、
前記外筒シャフトの先端部と前記内筒シャフトの先端部近傍との間に設けられたバルーンと、
前記バルーンの中心部に設けられた高周波通電用電極と、
前記高周波通電用電極にリード線を介して高周波エネルギーを供給し、バルーンを加温する外部高周波発生装置と、
前記バルーンの内部の温度センサーと、そのリード線を介して温度を検知する外部温度計と、
前記外筒シャフトと前記内筒シャフトとの間に形成され前記バルーンの内部に通じる送液路と、
前記送液路を通じて前記バルーン内へ振動波を与えてバルーン内に渦流を発生させ、バルーン温度を均一化する外部振動発生器と、
前記バルーンを標的部位に誘導するガイドワイアーと、
を備えた高周波加温バルーンカテーテルシステムにおいて、
前記温度センサーは前記バルーン内の内筒シャフト先端部に高周波通電用電極より隔離されて固定され、バルーンの内膜にそって流れる渦の温度を検知するとともに、
前記温度センサーと前記高周波通電用電極との間に断熱材が挿入されていることを特徴とするバルーンカテーテルシステム。 - 前記温度センサーと前記内筒シャフトとの間に断熱材が挿入されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載のバルーンカテーテルシステム。
- 前記温度センサーと前記内筒シャフトとの間に断熱空間が設けられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載のバルーンカテーテルシステム。
- 前記温度センサーが前記内筒シャフトの全周を取り巻く管状形状に形成され、或いは、前記内筒シャフトの全周を取り巻く管状熱良導体を備え、前記温度センサーが前記管状熱良導体に接続していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載のバルーンカテーテルシステム。
- 前記高周波通電用電極が単極構造又は双極構造であって、単極構造の場合は外部に設けられた対極板との間で高周波通電を行い、双極構造の場合は両極間にて高周波通電を行うように構成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載のバルーンカテーテルシステム。
- 高周波通電用電極の温度を検知する電極温度センサーを備え、前記電極温度センサーが絶縁体でカバーされていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載のバルーンカテーテルシステム。
- 前記内筒シャフトの先端部近傍に前記バルーンの外面に接してバルーン外部熱遮断用ノブを備えたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載のバルーンカテーテルシステム。
- 前記高周波通電用電極と前記高周波発生装置の代わりに、超音波発熱体と超音波発生装置、レーザー発熱体とレーザー発生装置、ダイオード発熱体とダイオード電源供給装置、ニクロム線発熱体とニクロム線電源供給装置のいずいれかを備えたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載のバルーンカテーテルシステム。
