第3制御例は、圧縮比(圧縮端温度・圧力)に応じて、主燃焼用燃料の自着火性、及び、着火源用燃料の自着火性を制御する例である。

Claims (11)
- 主燃焼用燃料として自着火性の低い燃料を予混合気として供給し、着火源用燃料として自着火性の高い燃料を前記予混合気中に供給することで着火させる内燃機関の燃焼制御装置において、
外部から供給される燃料を、燃料のオクタン価を高くするよう改質する第1の改質器により改質して主燃焼用燃料とし、
外部から供給される燃料を、燃料のオクタン価を低くするよう改質する第2の改質器により改質して着火源用燃料とし、
主燃焼用燃料の自着火性に応じて、圧縮上死点近傍の筒内温度又は圧力、及び、前記第2の改質器による改質度合を制御することを特徴とする内燃機関の燃焼制御装置。 - 主燃焼用燃料の自着火性に応じて、圧縮上死点近傍の筒内温度又は圧力を、主燃焼でのノッキング限界値とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の内燃機関の燃焼制御装置。
- 主燃焼用燃料の自着火性に応じて、着火源用燃料の自着火性を、その自着火限界値以上とすることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の内燃機関の燃焼制御装置。
- 主燃焼用燃料として自着火性の低い燃料を予混合気として供給し、着火源用燃料として自着火性の高い燃料を前記予混合気中に供給することで着火させる内燃機関の燃焼制御装置において、
外部から供給される燃料を、燃料のオクタン価を高くするよう改質する第1の改質器により改質して主燃焼用燃料とし、
外部から供給される燃料を、燃料のオクタン価を低くするよう改質する第2の改質器により改質して着火源用燃料とし、
着火源用燃料の自着火性に応じて、圧縮上死点近傍の筒内温度又は圧力、及び、前記第1の改質器による改質度合を制御することを特徴とする内燃機関の燃焼制御装置。 - 着火源用燃料の自着火性に応じて、主燃焼用燃料の自着火性を、主燃焼でのノッキング限界値とすることを特徴とする請求項4記載の内燃機関の燃焼制御装置。
- 着火源用燃料の自着火性、及び、主燃焼用燃料の自着火性に応じて、圧縮上死点近傍の筒内温度又は圧力を、主燃焼でのノッキング限界値とすることを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5記載の内燃機関の燃焼制御装置。
- 着火源用燃料の自着火性に応じて、主燃焼用燃料の自着火性を、主燃焼でのノッキング限界値以下に調整し、圧縮上死点近傍の筒内温度又は圧力を、主燃焼用燃料の自着火性に応じたノッキング限界値とすることを特徴とする請求項4記載の内燃機関の燃焼制御装置。
- 主燃料用燃料として自着火性の低い燃料を予混合気として供給し、着火源用燃料として自着火性の高い燃料を前記予混合気中に供給することで着火させる内燃機関の燃焼制御装置において、
外部から供給される燃料を、燃料のオクタン価を高くするよう改質する第1の改質器により改質して主燃焼用燃料とし、
外部から供給される燃料を、燃料のオクタン価を低くするよう改質する第2の改質器により改質して着火源用燃料とし、
圧縮上死点近傍の筒内温度又は圧力に応じて、前記第1の改質器及び前記第2の改質器による改質度合を制御することを特徴とする内燃機関の燃焼制御装置。 - 圧縮上死点近傍の筒内温度又は圧力に応じて、主燃焼用燃料の自着火性を、主燃焼でのノッキング限界値とすることを特徴とする請求項8記載の内燃機関の燃焼制御装置。
- 圧縮上死点近傍の筒内温度又は圧力に応じて、着火源用燃料の自着火性を、その自着火限界値以上とすることを特徴とする請求項8又は請求項9記載の内燃機関の燃焼制御装置。
- 圧縮上死点近傍の筒内温度又は圧力に応じて、主燃焼用燃料の自着火性を、主燃焼でのノッキング限界値以下に、着火源用燃料の自着火性を、その自着火限界値以上に調整し、更に、圧縮上死点近傍の筒内温度又は圧力を、主燃焼用燃料の自着火性に応じたノッキング限界値とすることを特徴とする請求項8記載の内燃機関の燃焼制御装置。
